These are perfect. Add hot water and let them set. Instant “fresh” carrots. Saves a ton of work and mess. Very good flavor.

Gourmanity quality. Great amount of dehydrated carrots. I love keeping a variety of dehydrated vegetables on hand for anytime use. I definitely keep it as a prepper item-- I dont want to be without mirepoix-- the trifecta of carrots, onion, and celery. If I have that, then I have a good base for many dishes. So I keep a lot of those components on hand in dehydrated form. Great to know I have it when the selections at the store are slim pickings, over priced, or simply totally out of stock.

I purchased the dried carrots out of curiosity. I'm glad I did. They taste good and because they are chopped so small, i can throw them in some of the kid's afternoon snacks and they are none the wiser. I've found I can do that with a lot of the dehydrated products.

The size of the veggies is perfect for throwing into soups and stews this fall and winter. Wish they had other veggie mixes.

This is a great product . I use them in soups , stews and even carrot cake . I like a lot of carrot in my stews so use this and chunks of fresh carrot as well . Seeing as with the pandemic fresh wasn't always available or looking too fresh I found it easier and more economical to use dehydrated . For baking I just reconstitute in hot water or even juice as I use pineapple in my carrot cake . Tastes delicious.

These pieces are small but not ground. They cook evenly and have good taste, actually not just a good taste but a wonderful fresh and sweet taste. Who knew such a fresh flavor could come out of a bag of dry carrots! I love the fact I don't have any waste with dehydrated vegetables, that's a win win. This is the second time I have bought them, keep producing dry fresh vegetables for us.
