Very Nice
This is a very tasty bit of beef with a good texture and reasonable price... sadly the only item that I purchased from Morrisons that was better than my usual supermarket.

Seasoned and a few minutes each side on the bbq and they were excellent. Lovely steak and great value

Lovely piece of steak
Had never heard of Denver steak before so wasn't sure what to expect or if it needed to be cooked any differently. As I wasn't sure, and I'm a terrible cook anyway thought I would thinly slice and mix in with sliced peppers etc to go into a stir-fry. I wanted to just quickly fry it and not worry about if I was trying to do Rare or well-done. It certainly worked out and was edible for me, so that's a win in my case.

God I remember having these man years ago from the same store and they used to be the size of your whole hand, easily big enough to fill to large slices of bread.I was shocked when I opened these and found they where smaller than my palm. Was quite disappointed.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting. Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil and then turn the heat down to medium. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Medium: Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy.
