I have been using for the past four years. This device Works very well. Satisfied.

Packing is Very good. I have bought 4 cameras and using for over two months round the clock. Useful when we are going out of station. We are confident that nothing unusual happening inside as well as around the home. Even though it is home camera I have fitted in the portico and works very well. The only problem is Motion tracker is not functioning and also it captures even when there is no movement . Night vision is good in two cameras while in other two cameras it is not that much clear.

I bought this CP Plus intelligent Wi-Fi CCTV camera to monitor my home remotely. The camera has a good picture quality, 360 degree view, motion detection, and two way communication features. However, I faced some issues with the camera adapter pin and the app.The camera adapter pin got rusted within one month of use, even though I kept it indoors. This affected the power supply and the camera stopped working. I had to replace the adapter with a new one, which cost me extra money.The app also needs improvement. There is a delay in event recording, so the camera may not capture the actual event. The playback speed is only 2x, which makes it difficult to watch the recorded videos. The motion tracker is not functioning properly and it captures even when there is no movement.Overall, I am not very satisfied with this product. It has some good features, but also some major drawbacks. I would not recommend this camera to anyone who is looking for a reliable and durable security camera.

This camera seems to spoil CP Plus name.Writing this review after 9-10 months and you cant expect any good out of this product.It started showing its true colors weeks after we purchased it.Customer care is kind of useless and blames our network connection all the time.We are using this camera with a 64 gb SD in it and it sometimes record the video and sometimes doesn't record at all.Its app(Ezykam+) is full and full of bugs. Camera takes 1-2 seconds delay for tilting via app. Sometimes, camera is on and the network signal is excellent but the app(Ezykam+) fails to fetch the livestream which the camera is basically purchased for. OUTRAGEOUS!!It never works on time. App(Ezykam) is worst and sometimes the camera automatically disconnects itself from the wifi.(even though it gets 80-90% signal strength)A free advice:- go for MI camera...

I have been using for more than one and a half years. I have installed it outside my home. It has gone through all the weather, hot, cold and rain but it is working fine without any problem. It is not outside with the direct sunlight and rain. The software is also working fine. One can surely purchase it instead of purchasing Chinese brands.

So, concept wise a very good camera in this budget. Picture quality, two way talking, recording feature (with memory card) and movement alarm with motion tracking all features are really very good. The only challenge is to operate this camera from other location while on mobile data. It hardly responds and shows operation failed notification. It's not at all fault of the network as my other camera (of other brand) works seamlessly on the same mobile network. But yes if you are going to use it over a same WiFi network then it's a complete win win situation.

Product is good but I am disappointed because product was not delivered with the stand and it is not available in market. Now the product has become useless for me.

The build quality and features of the camera is good. The app needs to be rectified, there is a delay in event recording, so the camera may not capture the actual event. The second problem is the playback speed, the app only provide 2x speed to see videos, so if we are doing non stop recording it is difficult to watch the playback.
