Is the laptop stand stable enough when typing? Will it wobble?

No wobble, although I wouldn't recommend for constant use of the laptop keyboard. Ergonomics. I use it while sitting at the desk and have an external keyboard.

Can this safely hold a 13 inch apple ipad 2021?

Yes it will hold a 13 inch iPad but I don't think it would be at the correct angle. You would probably want something that tilts down father so you can view things more easily.

How high (in inches) does it raise your laptop?

The front of my computer is about five inches above my desk, and the back is about six inches above my desk.
