Philips Tax4105 is one of the best karaoke party speaker you will get under 12k.Comes with a wireless mic that very easy and fast to connect,a remote,aux cable for connecting with mobile and a power cord. Unique features includes a inbuilt battery and a recording function. Speakers Bass & treble sound is also very nice

Sound clarity is not good.
Sound clarity is absolutely disaster. But if you are planning to buy this , make sure you have to compromise with the sound clarity. If you are using it in a party , then it's good other wise in low volume it's not really good as Sony or LG. Battery back up, bluetooth connectivity and kareoke mic is really it's good features.

Good sound Quality but Loudness missing
The media could not be loaded. Best part of this SpeakerKaraoke Mic.Inbuilt battery.USB Recording.Happy as I got it for Rs.6750.As per my observations and testing it will useful for small family parties up to 10 people or getogether events and not for Big Parties such as 40 to 50 people.It has Bluetooth with Good Range.RGB Light control.Best Part is Karaoke wireless Mic with Echo Control.USB Recording2 wired mic input Port.FMAux port Aux cable included.Full Remote.It must have compartment for Mic holder and accessories cable storage.Portable.

Good for indoor use only
Works as advertised. Bought it for its recording feature. Have not tried it yet. Will update review with that trial soon.Great for indoor use. When tried in the garden with a group of 20 guests it wasn't loud enough. Everyone needed to stay quiet to be able to hear.Wasn't clear from package if it comes with a mic. It does come with its own UHF mic. But I also bought 2 Ahuja wired mics. Now all three work. So it's fun.Doesn't have a wired or chained sound out feature. I couldn't find one with sound out AND recording AND trolley AND battery except for the non branded ones. So I went with this. Does the job ok.

A major design flaw!
Biggest design flaw is it shuts down after 15 mins of inactivity. You have to get up and switch it off and on again from the back panel. If you're okay with that, it's a good product. To me, it's a major design flaw.

Quality & Service Issues
Product was replaced as it was defective.The replaced product had defective remote. The remote was replaced too.After few months, this replaced unit also stopped functioning. Another replacement is on the cards.Not recommended at all!
