does the beam have a dark spot in the center?

It's the best flashlight I've ever owned. I walk my dog in the evening, best ever. I've not noticed any dark spots in the center.

Specifically, what ‘type’ of 1000mAh battery is used? Can’t seem to find info anywhere official. Is it Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, Lithium Ion, etc? Thx!

How do you recharge this flashlight?

Thanks for contacting Lylting. You can charge the flashlight with the included usb A to Micro usb charging cable. By the way, it is recommended if you have to use a wall charger to charge the flashlight, make sure it is below 5V
