Firstly this is a beast of a bottle! Buy yourself a small spray bottle so you can spray it onto your body as the liquid is pretty fine.The first day I used it, it did itch for a few minutes so I now apply it to damp skin and let it dry naturally, generally washing it off after about 20 minutes or the following morning. It no longer itches and I have read that tends to happen if you lack magnesium, so I guess that’s why it’s improving.As of the first day of using it my restless legs improved dramatically. I only use it once or twice a week now but my achy legs are so much better in the day too.I am allergic to may products so I’m please the issues with this, passed very quickly.Give it a go.

I started using Magnesium oil to help me sleep.This, along with a combination of other ideas has helped me hugely.Spray on belly and feet at night.Obviously I can't say if it has directly helped... but I am sleeping much better, this is why I bought the biggest bottle.It is now my bedtime routine like brushing teeth.

Ordered the big 1 litre bottle as it was much more economical. A spray top is included but I found that sometimes it drips. The liquid was like water. I expected it to be slightly thicker. Not used it enough to gauge whether it helps.

Normal price £84 for 4 bottles got it for £68 for 4 bottles otherwise would not have bought them.Product seems good enough, helps with muscle cramps in a hot bath. Don't be long going through it.
