Yes it can be used at 5:1 for floor mats. For heavily soiled mats GS diluted 5:1 would also be a good option

Is this safe to use on red alcantara?

Yes, pol Star is safe for leather, alcantara and textiles.

When will gallons be here?

You'll have to ask the supplier,

will this work on NuLuxe (Lexus synthetic leather?)

I’ve used Pol Star on faux and vegan leather with success. I would start with a mild dilution and add if heavily soiled.
