Good product except one thing
Only installed it a week ago. Easy to install. Clear image. The only thing I wish right now is the app playback speed.I couldn't find a way to increase the app playback speed. I just ordered another one today. Hopefully, it's as good as the first one I ordered.

AWSOME
I will give a big like to their customer service. They responded very quickly to my questions from pre-order to warranty. I really don't like writing reviews but this is the best customer service company I have ever worked with. When my rear camera didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label, their technology term test found the error very quickly, and my cable was replaced. Currently, everything works very well, the front and rear pictures are of good quality, the video recording is not disconnected, I have not seen the device overheating or anything. So far, it's working perfectly.P/s: I didn't use the parking mode yet so Idk :))

Great camera, not so great adhesive
It's been a couple of months since I installed the camera, and the installation was straightforward. The cables that came with it were sufficient for my two-door vehicle, which has four seats. Keep in mind that it doesn't include a memory card, so you'll need to purchase one separately.I would have given this 5 stars however, the adhesive that came with the camera was not effective. During the summer, the adhesive failed, and the camera kept falling off the windshield. I eventually bought a stronger adhesive, and so far it has held up well.Overall, it's a wonderful camera with easy installation. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace of mind in case you're involved in an accident and need video footage.

Two Strikes
I bought a dashcam so I could have video proof for when bad incidents, however rare, would happen. A dashcam is supposed to be reliable in order to catch those rare moments, but this dashcam has proved otherwise. This camera has failed me twice so far, and I don't even know if I want to wait on a third. For context, I hardwired the camera into a Honda Civic using entirely Viofo parts. I installed it manually ensuring the fuse taps were done correctly, and routed the wires throughout the liner. I formatted the SD card, and downloaded the latest firmware. Before driving, I made sure that everything was operational and functioning how it was supposed to, so I know I could put my confidence in this product for my new car. Little did I know what would come...The first time: A catalytic converter was stolen from a family members car overnight. I was relieved to see that they had parked directly behind me (and also my rear dash cam). But, when I went to check the footage, there was no trace of the rear camera's footage whatsoever. I thought that maybe the cord had become disconnected, but everything was fine. I just unplugged the cord and plugged it back in and all of a sudden it started working and recording again. Because I didn't want another incident to happen again, I redownloaded all the firmware and rechecked the settings to make sure that everything was working properly. I guess this time was just bad luck...Second time: I had parked on a pretty busy street before work. Later on, I come back to my new car with it's back bumper slightly falling off and a giant mark with scratched paint on the driver's side. I thought that this was an easy insurance claim, because my dashcam would have caught it all. BUT, when I went to check the footage, the car that I believe hit me was not included in the footage. Strangely enough, the impact itself was completely absent from the footage. I reviewed the entire day's worth of footage manually myself, and all that was shown was the car parking, but never leaving (when the impact occurred). I had the car on auto detection mode with high sensitivity, and I found it strange that it completely missed the car backing out and hitting my car. I would think a car backing out would trigger the motion detector on high sensitivity, but I guess not. Call that bad luck if you want, but so far all I've seen is a pattern of unreliability. If you're looking for a dashcam that is meant to be there for you in your times of need, this dashcam, is NOT for you. It is unreliable and definitely not worth the price tag given the competition with a similar price point. Although it has failed me only twice, a good dashcam shouldn't be given that many chances. Even if the camera itself has all the bells and whistles, and meets all of your requirements on paper, none of that has any meaning if the camera fails you in your times of need. Don't make the same mistake I did, and buy a different product.

CLP lens probably helps with glare but overall video quality is good
Being one of the older models that don’t have Bluetooth capabilities. I’m glad the cam works front and rear. Took about hour and a half to cleanly install the cameras while hiding the cables. I did not hard wire it because i didn’t want to deal with in line relays etc to prevent the car battery from draining too low overnight.I use it in the car cig charger port and it’s been working for years now. No issues taking the SD card out and pulling video when needed. The adhesive strength is good, even in direct sunlight in the sweaty summers. The camera has not fallen off or gotten loose at all!

Can’t go wrong
Can never go wrong with VIOFO, all 3 of my cars have these dash cameras and they work flawlessly. Night vision is ok, but quality is good. Only really use it with sd card so I haven’t tested WiFi connectivity
