It starts warming area you massaged it on very quickly .
It’s very strong smelling. Definitely feel heat in it. Do not put it on any skin that’s broken/very red because it will feel like it’s burning. wash hands really well after use as smell will linger for ages. The heat definitely helped with my sciatica pain

Such good treatment to ease discomfort on damage areas of the body after a bad fall. But not if the skin has been opened and caused bleeding.

Find this helps relax my neck pain & use it a lot but it doesn't stop the pain, just soothing. I love the smell too!
