Can this be used with Microsoft teams and I cannot get mine working

Yes that is what I use mine for, you may have to adjust your setting on lap top

The microphone automatically mutes when I connect to Whatsapp or mobile phone calls...any experience of this or any solutions??

Sorry I used it with a laptop and found it didn't pick up voices well at all.
