Defective bulb picked up but not replaced
One of the bulbs of the original order was not working ans so a replacement was ordered. The defective piece was picked up by your agent the next day.Today when the delivery agent came with the replacement, he asked for both bulbs, but when I informed him that only one defective piece had been picked up by the agent, he took back the replacement.I have been supplied one bulb only instead of two.PLEASE EXPEDITE.

Brightness is great when light is out. For normal usages like cooking and eating while outages it's the best

Good emergency light
I bought a few in discount.. at nearly half price (around 370). At that price, I will happily accept the emergency light. I have 3 of them. Though, the power cuts are very sporadic and for a very less duration, the emergency lights do a good job or switching to battery power within a second. The emergency light lumens drop to nearly half. Consider something running on 7-8w of brightness. But that's still great considering not having to use torches & emergency lanterns which is an addition expense. Also, the 15W normal mode itself can be considered as "paisa vasool" as you would use the bulb normally and therefore, I would consider the emergency light feature as a very good bonus. I recommend this product at discount to everyone that has a power cut issue. It covers a good 3 hrs plus on a full charge.
