The headphone port on the front of my PC broke and the direct replacement parts are discontinued so I purchased this so I can plug my headphones in to the front of my PC case. The audio port works great, and the 5 USB ports (especially the USB-C port) are a pleasant bonus! As another reviewer mentioned, I was glad that the brand name was NOT plastered on the front panel - it looks much cleaner without it. It installed easily with the cables being plenty long enough to reach the appropriate ports on the MB in my full tower case. The front face fit in the opening of my front cover with only minor adjustments.

I have had many of these over the years (I only "build PC") and no case offers the outputs that reflect what most people would need (USB ports on the front of the case), so I buy a "USB port" to use in an unused drive bay (that we no longer use these days). Most a cheaply made and problematic, all have failed on me after a extended use.This one has given me NO PROBLEMS in any aspect (so far). And, it has the prefect layout - a pair of cheap USB-2's, a pair of USB-3's and a USB-C (which I will be using more and more often).If I was to build another PC, I would get this one! (Unless the world changes and the above USBs are no longer used).

I upgraded an older pc with a new motherboard and kept my old case. The MZHOU front panel worked perfectly. The cables were close to 2’ long and fit into the connectors on my msi motherboard. All the usb, usb 3, usb c, and audio connectors work great.

I purchased this item while building a new computer when I realized that there would be no front USB ports. There are two versions, one with a lot of USB3 ports and one with 2 USB3, 2, USB2, 1 USB-C and old style microphone and headphone jacks. I ordered the second one with the variety of ports.It fits nicely in a standard 5.25in computer bay similar to a CD/DVD rom. Installation was straightforwards and I had no issues though you should ensure that you have the correct available connectors on the Motherboard prior to ordering.My only complaint which is not much of one is that I wish that instead of 2 USB3 and 2 USB2 ports that it had 4 USB3 ports as who needs strait USB2 ports now days especially as USB3 is backwards compatible.

Nice finish, well assembled, good quality for the price. 10 minute easy install and works perfectly!

As stated connections were not hard to make. Wanted more front USB ports. All ports work as stated, also speed of ports, depends on what is being transferred.

I got 3 of these and the audio jacks worked fine on 2 of them, but the 3rd unit had a nasty persistent in the output. I tested the fsb header against a known good to make sure it wasn't just a fluke or a mobo issue.Good FSB audio header options seem hard to come by sadly, but for some solid USB, this device is still quite nice, and makes use of those old 5.25 slots quite nicely.Still only 2 stars for me, as I mainly wanted these to replace old and bad front audio jacks on some PC cases.

Just the thing to update an old case. Cables are plenty long. frame is solid and PCB looks well made. I was happy the MZHOU name was not actually printed on the front. Not that I have anything against MZHOU, it is more of an aesthetic thing. Ports have a good feel, Tight without feeling that you might break a flash drive inserting and removing it.
