Great quality and value!
I replaced all of the webcams in our office with these! They are great quality and extremely affordable. They are super easy to setup. It’s also easy to transfer them from one computer to another if needed. Highly recommend this for anyone in an office setting or even for those who work from home!

The blue indicator light to let me know it's on.
Wish it was a little bigger. and the privacy door with a handle would be nice Otherwise. OK does the job.

HD Quality at a Low price.
Great, and I mean Great Webcam for the price. The clarity and definition far exceeded my expectations. I've gotten several compliments during presentations and meetings. Plug n Play is 5Star user-friendly. Stop your search and buy. I would highly recommend this webcam.

severe overexposure
The description says "The automatic low light correction feature of the NexiGo N930AF allows it to intelligently adjust to produce the best possible image for your environment. So no matter what the conditions are, your footage is always perfect." But in normal room lighting the image is severely overexposed. Since the claimed automatic adjustment doesn't work, I need to do it manually. To do that, the installation booklet sent me to their website, where the "Download" link for my Mac (Intel running macOS Monterey) requires a $7.99 App Store purchase. I returned the camera and my refund is already in my account.

Its a camera but not great
It’s OK. My cell phone has way better video. The lighting isn’t that great it looks very grainy. Kind of reminds me of a cheap android phone from early 2000s. The other thing I don’t like is the presets don’t always go where you program them they could be off slightly and then, even when you hit the button to return to home, it’s still not exactly where you put it and then all your presets are messed up constantly. It’s not my amount believe me. I checked everything tighten this thing down. It’s the camera 100%. I know it’s used maybe somebody did something to it. I don’t know. I don’t care. I wouldn’t buy it again and I would not recommend it if you want something cheap I guess this is the way to go but cheaper is not better than I learned that. Maybe it’s just this one I don’t know. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. It’s possible so if you want to try it, go ahead, but I’m gonna look for another camera. I might still keep this one for back up but then again I don’t know I could probably use a WebCam From back in the AOL days and get a better picture. I might return it. Two of my monitors, you can’t even see because I don’t know what’s wrong with the camera. I just can’t pick it up. I went in my settings and changed everything in my screen. I don’t wanna have to do that. Again, my cell phone picks it up perfectly fine. I took one with my phone. I’m sure you can figure out which one it is cause it’s so much crispy in colorful and the other are foggy and ugly and pixelated. When I first got it, I could barely even get it to work. I actually almost packed it up and put it away to return it, but after Kong continuously trying to make it work for about 2 1/2 hours I finally got it to work and I did nothing it just randomly started to work now I don’t know why or what but I don’t know. I’m not a big camera guy. Maybe some of you can figure it out or do better but I just wanna plug it in and it be working. I don’t wanna have to finagle all over the place. Also, I didn’t know that it has to be USB 3.0 otherwise it will not work. So keep that in mind you need to have a USB 3.0 port otherwise it will not work.
