These clips work great. I have used the locking jaw clips and seem to slide off during wind events. The do NOT slide off at all. Once they are locked into place they stay. Love them, glad I continued my research and found these.

These clips arrived quickly and the quality appears to be as advertised. We had our greenhouse plastic sheeting clipped and secured with 10 similar clips. After several seasons and the recent strong winds 8 of the 10 clips broke. It took about 20 min. to secure the sheeting with the new clip and cording. Only time will tell how they stand up to the UV over time.

These are great for use with car covers. They allow you to attach ropes where they'll actually do some good instead of using the useless grommets that the cover manufacturers put in the middle of the cover which then allows both ends of the cover to blow off of your car. But the center plug is tight so they may not fit a thick cover. YMMV. I installed four of these just in front of the rear wheels and just behind the front wheels. When you tie ropes from the left side to the right side it pulls the excess cover material into the wheel wells and pulls the cover tight on the car. The ropes being closer to the ends of the car also makes it much less likely that the wind can get under the end of the cover and lift it off of the car.

These were delivered quickly and well packaged. They are a bit softer than expected, so I hope they will last in cold weather.

I am using these tarp clips on my bottom bed sheet with tightening straps. I HATE bottom bed sheet wrinkles, so have always used some type of system to keep the bottom sheet tight with no wrinkles. The clips on my old system were starting to get loose and pop off of the sheet, so I tried these button and loop tarp clips, the result is fantastic!!! They are easy to install and remove, with NO DAMAGE to the sheet, and my bottom sheet stays super tight with no wrinkles. Yay!!! Super happy with these clips.

These were used for the covering for my monkey hut and worked perfectly

Don't waste your time on these they are junk, any pressure on them and they will come apart, they looked like they would work but don't let them fool you they are junk

Pulled out of the tarp and left it flapping in the wind.
