Very good tasting tea.
Very good tasting tea. I sprinkled some plain Monk Fruit to sweeten. I am using it to try to reduce Blood Sugar by drinking it 3 times per day. We will see.

Hoping to control my sugar level
It’s a nice, smooth tea. I drink it every night after dinner. I’m Asian & a lot of my recipes call for sugar or mirin. I’m hoping this will keep my blood levels in check.

Worth a try but didn't expect anything
Tasted similar to Lipton. Supposed to be good for prostate. I noticed no changes. Literature is in chinese.
