Great for a cocoa bar.
I absolutely loved the taste of this chocolate, and it has great 'snap'. I didn't read the product details and only realised once I'd got it that it was cocoa and not cacao which matters to me. If you don't mind the difference and just want a great tasting dark chocolate then I highly recommend.

Okayish chocolate
3.5 ☆ Don't expect a gourmet chocolate. Steep price for 90g (£3.19 at time of purchase) I find the taste flat with a pleasant creaminess, but that's it. It's better than the usual junk you get in the UK - if that's what you eat - but I must have had inflated expectations. Positives: - partially organic credentials - cane sugar used as sweetener - no soy lecithin used - price might be justified after all (raw cacao prices have seen a massive increase)
