This is a very nice product. I find that, taking one a day, my nails have grown much stronger and my hair has grown more voluminous. I usually experience split ends around the length my hair is now, but it still appears quite healthy. I have a lot of very fine hair and usually lose a lot of it, especially when washing it, but I have experienced a lot less hair loss while taking this supplement. I was shocked to see that my thin eyebrows grew thicker and darker, and more shocked to find that my eyelashes grew crazy long. I have always had short eyelashes and thin eyebrows—now people ask me if I'm wearing makeup! Nope, just this supplement. I like the size of the capsules. I also like that there is no strong taste. Though the bottle recommends taking them with a meal, I find I am able to take them with an empty stomach, possibly because of their capsule form. I like that they are 2500 mcg pills, not 5000 mcg, since I can lower the dosage appropriately to my body weight. I would recommend this to those who find that their hair is thin and their nails are flaky. It's really changed things more than I thought it would.

A few months ago I started noticing my hair shedding a lot especially when I brush it. I noticed hair thinning on the front of my scalp and I began to worry that I was going to lose more hair. I researched for hair growth products and came across this miracle product 2 months ago. After about two weeks I started noticing that my hair was not shedding as much and it started shedding less and less by the day. I also noticed some new growth hair on my scalp and have felt my hair feeling fuller and soft. I also have nails that break easily and often and it has helped them to grow very beautifully and I now paint my nails a lot more than I used to because I just love my beautiful long nails. So far I have ordered a couple of the bottles and have been very pleased with the results. I shared my experiences with my sisters and they all wanted to try it so I have bought them the vitamins to try and gave them a very positive feedback. I love this product and plan to keep taking it for as long as I need to.

I started using this product when I started getting brittle nails , hair fall and other skin issues. I started having this as per the recommended dosage (2 tablets daily). I noticed considerable difference in my nails and skin - nails are not strong and i can grow them as before (like i was using prenatal tablets) and the skin issues are also reduced. I started to get a nice glow in my skin and it is no more dry and itchy. I haven't noticed much difference in my hair though. I am almost done with my first bottle. Will be ordering again and I will update the review if i see any difference in my hair. Overall it is a nice product. I have not seen any adverse effects/ cons so far

I have alopecia areata. I've had it for about 12 years now. I have tried every topical product out there. Spent thousands of dollars. I've also tried steroid injections that are extremely painful. We recently moved to the south where humidity is high and my hair is an instant frizz ball. I unfortunately am not comfortable putting my hair up due to the alopecia. For the last 2 years I have had a bald spot that spans from the top left down behind my ear across the back and migrating up the right side of my head. Slowly it is beginning to grow back but it is going to take some time. I decided since topical treatments have been so unsuccessful I would need to treat from the inside out. I have already done diet changes and wanted a vitamin without fillers that would benefit my condition. I have been taking it for 2 weeks and have already felt fuzzy hairs growing on spots that have been baby butt smooth for months! Definitely a change with frizziness in the humidity which I assume will only get better and as a bonus the acne scars on my back are less noticeable. I am completely happy with this product and will continue to take it for ever and ever!

*I used this product faithfully for 3 weeks before writing this review*. This supplement is making a remarkable difference with my nails (feet and hands)- 5/5 stars. It also is improving my hair texture- 5/5 stars. The skin on my face is noticeably brighter and less 'blotchy'. The only reason I gave it a 3/5 stars is because it caused my breasts to enlarge. Actually, I am well proportioned and do not need extra in this department. Everyone's body is different. If you don't mind the extra 'groceries' up top, then women you are a great candidate for this product. I will finish my bottle eventually, but I've paired my dosage to 1-2x a week and have switched to another hair supplement. I still think this is a great product and have used several products by 1Body, but the noticeable difference in my 'groceries' are an unwanted benefit.

I replaced my regular dietary supplement with this product a little over a week ago. The package says its for hair, skin, and nails but this is actually a good general purpose multivitamin combined with a hair and nail supplement. As such, this is a great value. One thing that I can for sure tell has improved is the health of my nails. Usually, small white discolorations develop at the base of my nails. I'm told this is a sign of unhealthy nails, which would make sense since my nails are pretty flimsy. Since starting the new supplement, there are no new discolorations sprouting from the base of my nails. I believe this means my protein metabolism is improving. It's too early to tell yet if my nails will be harder and stronger once I grow them all the way out with this new dietary supplement, but in light of what I have seen so far I am hopeful that will be the case!
