Cool fan and once in I like it. Two bad points, receiver that mounts in top of fan is too big, and the plug connectors are horrible. Tough to pack everything in due to the size of receiver. Pins push out when you plug the connectors together. It’s an ordeal to get them together and maintain contact. Once you do and get everything shoved together it’s all good.

Bought this to replace an ugly plastic looking fan. Handyman said it wasn’t too bad to install but he took his time. Rod is heavy but the brackets held it good. Fans wobble on high but not bad. 3 different light color settings. I love that the lights can be dimmed and brighten to suit your needs. Highly recommend for a large space.

Buyer Beware! We originally bought this item on June 23rd 2021, thinking it would be great for our covered outdoor area. Keep in mind, that there are probably 4 solid months within the year that this would be used consistently about 2 to 3 days out of each week. I replaced some plugs and switches recently and had to turn off breakers to do so safely. That is when the fan and light has stopped responding to the remote. It was difficult to find any information on where I could contact Reiga for support. I did find their web page eventually, and the only support contact they provide is via email. I have emailed them twice. There have been no responses to my email requests. For the record, I have tested and replaced the batteries in the remote. The LED light is active when buttons are pressed. There is power going to the the unit that I have also tested. This was installed by a professional electrician. After no response to my email, I accessed the remote receiver in the unit. Based on everything that I have tested, I believe firmly that it is simply just an issue of syncing the 2 together again. There is nowhere to reset the connection between the control and the receiver. and the receiver responds audibly when plugged in. There is no information anywhere indicating on how to sync or pair the remote and receiver. I am very disappointed because I now have to replace the entire thing as a result of the pairing issue, and Reiga is clearly not interested in responding to the one and only source they offer to reach their support team. It didn't even last 2 years. I will now go with something more reliably that at the very least has true product support and stands behind their product.

Fairly easy to install if height is not an issue. Better suited for a vaulted ceiling. I had to shorten the down pole quite a bit to fit my standard ceiling height with a raised cutout for the ceiling fan. Not an easy job unless you have a way to cut thicker metal, drill bits, a square, and a tap and die set. Does move A LOT of air! More air noise than fan motor noise. Does have a very slight wobble on medium and high, but not more than you would expect from a setup like this. Light is super bright, but I wish it up-lit a little bit. Again, this setup is better for higher/vaulted ceilings. All in all, not a bad fan.

We have a large livingroom and it covers it all. Leave the fans on low and its perfect. Also love the different lighting and dimmers.

We have an outside Gazebo and have been looking to replace a single fan unit. The dual fans on this product were exactly what we had been looking for. The unit is well made and can be adjusted to put the airflow exactly where it is needed. Would have given the product a 5 star overall and install except for the fact I had to shorten the down rod about 6 inches to fit the area I needed it to fit.

I purchased this for an upcoming remodel of the sitting room in my 1890 Victorian. While I have not yet installed it, (I got it now to make sure it didn’t disappear before I was ready for it,) I can say it arrived well packaged. I checked the contents and perused the instructions. They are far clearer than expected. I do not expect any installation issues. (Having the tools, and years of experience doing things on my own, will certainly help!) I made this purchase due to the unique style of this fixture and the inclusion of a remote. I had also planned to have two ceiling fans due to the size of the room. This unit was the perfect choice. So far.I will update this review in a few months when I install it.UPDATE!I installed the fan! There are a few things that require mention.#1 The instructions don’t address the importance of installing the primary bracket in the correct position. There are only two, (180 degrees opposite,) as, once installed, it will dictate the direction in which the fan hangs. Not an issue with a single fan, but, because of the dual fan design, it is critical if you want the installation oriented in a specific direction. Thankfully, I took my time and this was not an issue.#2 There is no reverse! The product description clearly states this is a reversible unit. IT IS NOT!#3 Unless you have a shop and the skills, you’d better have a 10’ ceiling! There is a single, non-adjustable, extension tube, (which contains the wiring,) that MUST be used for installation. My ceiling, in this room is only 9’. Using the supplied parts, this put the bottom of the fan blades at 6’ 2” from the floor. Far too low for function or safety. I ended up cutting 15” off the extension tube and re-drilling the holes for the index pin which determines the installation direction.For these issues, (especially having no reverse function as specified,) I’m dropping my review to 3 stars. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with the product.
