This pad is pretty good. I like that it absorbs liquids pretty fast, doesn't feel stuffy, thanks to its cotton makeup, and can absorb a good amount of blood before it must be changed. The wings are comfortable and actually stick. It's not the thinnest pad I've owned but it is thin enough that it doesn't feel like a diaper.

The product is good but I had to request a refund as Amazon delivery brutal. Whoever packed it squished so hard all the pads fell out and were outside of the original packaging.

After learning what's really in the bigger brand name pads and dealing with rashes from brands I've always used such as Stayfree, these pads are a breath of fresh air. They are the longest pads I've ever used and they are comfortable too. I have yet to experience accidents or leaks while using them and I have heavy periods. They stick to underwear perfectly and stay there, so do the wings and they are great for overnight protection, though I dont just use them at night. They are absorbent, but since they have no chemicals to hold massive quantities of fluid like other pads, you have to change more often. I usually go through about 3 pads a day the first 2-3 days and then just 2 pads when my flow lightens up. They do what they're supposed to and now, they are the only pads I use. I have also no longer had any issues with rashes or itching while on my period. The only con is that more don't come in a box. There are only 8 in a box and for the price, I feel they could give you more pads per box.

I don't react to this pad and it does it's job! Just a reply to other reviewers saying there is plastic on the back of the pad - there isn't - that's plant starch. It feels like plastic but it's not and it's compostable. Much like some of taco time's stuff seems like plastic but isn't. You can confirm by going to nutracare's website and looking at the product description.

I switched to organic pads after learning about all the pesticides and toxic chemicals used in conventional pads. I have very difficult periods accompanied with migraines and stomach cramps. I had earlier switched to menstrual cups without much improvement. Sometimes I felt the cups might have caused my cramps too. I wanted to go back to pads but didn't feel comfortable using the toxic ones. So I went to amazon and ordered these. They are as good as conventional ones in terms of absorption. They stay in place and are very comfortable. I am using these regularly now and my cramps also seems better.

Natracare Ultra Extra Pad, Long, are the best, and longest lasting pads this company makes. I kept getting rashes and raw skin from wearing non-organic pads and when I switched to these I had no more skin problems. They recently were out of stock for a while and I tried some of the other sizes Natracare offers and they didn't perform as well, broke down too quickly (disintegrated), or the adhesive didn't stick well. Fortunately, in this Long, Extra-Absorbant size, none of those problems exist. Highly Recommend!

Last month, I bought Natracare's Ultra Super pads and they were not absorbent enough so this time I bought Natracare's Ultra Extra Pads and they work much better. They are a little thicker than Natracare's Ultra pad but these Extra Ultra Pads are so much more absorbent and because of this I can use less of them which is more economical. But when my flow is moderate to heavy, I still sleep in a nighttime maxi pad by Natracare. I wouldn't chance a leak with these pads overnight if your flow is heavy. These pads are good a night towards the end of my period or during a lighter period or just for wearing while awake at times you might not want to wear a tampon.

Pretty good tinier then I thought but works good and like the brand soon to use the liners as well

Conventional brands (Kotex and Always) were giving me rashes so I needed to find an alternative. I've had no issues with Natracare. The adhesive is good and the pad stays in place. The wrapper doesn't survive transport well, though... 30 mins in my purse and the sides had opened. All-in-all worth the cost.

I didn't dislike anything about this product.
