Wish I could say this was my idea, but it wasn't. Wifey suggested I look for an old fashioned broom for my old fashioned home office. And this one was certainly "the look" I wanted. Hard black bristle, corn style sweeping head with a short-ish black handle. Judging by some of the reviews, the short handle was a concern, but it worked out fine, as it became very easy to reach under the desk and behind the furniture and into the corners. So, after spending a small fortune on my new home office, what do you think guests say when they come to visit? "Oh my . . . what a cute broom." Go figure!

Garbage ! This mini broom has bristles made of cheap hard plastic. Not flexable and soft. Good for sweeping off concrete I suppose, but to short for that. Keep looking !

It's too small but my son helps us to sweep with it so it's a win 🏆

It's a nice little broom. I use it to sweep up excess litter that cats kick out of their litter box. If the handle was longer I'd give it 5 stars. But that's my fault cuz I didn't pay attention to the product details section.

First things first; this is a "lobby broom." It is just the size it needs to be. If you do not know what a lobby broom is, it is the short broom the janitor uses when he sweeps the lobby. The broom is small enough to easily use with one hand, and is generally meant to be used with an over-sized dust pan on a stick. If you still do not know what a lobby broom is, google search lobby broom and look at the images. most of the images are of just the broom, but there is one image of a man using a lobby broom with the dust pan. There you go.Now, this is not the best lobby broom I've ever used, but it is the best I've found online. I work at a restaurant with a carpet floor and need to sweep under tables. The bristles are stiff enough to sweep on the carpet, which is something you would think they would advertise (they do it to toothbrushes after all.) I bought this broom because the one good broom we had broke and the managers are too cheap to buy a new one. Whenever I go to work, I bring my own broom with me, and everyone wants to borrow my broom. It is easily the best at the restaurant, and the managers keep saying they will buy one of these. I'll hold my breath.Short because it's s'posed to be, and has sturdy bristles.

The bristles go wonky when you try to sweep. Not worth the purchase.

This is a short broom intended for single-handed use sweeping under furniture and counter tops. If that's what you want (I did) it's perfect. But know what you're getting; you can't use this for general purpose sweeping, at least unless you're under 4' tall or like to stoop a lot. The plastic bristles are great for sweeping off of low-pile carpet too.

Small broom with a strong heavy push! Industrial strength! I used this for cleaning concrete and is still as good as the day I bought it.
