There's No shoulder strap which would be very helpful if fitted.

Does it fit a bootle of Prosecco?

No, but it will fit a few small ones (mini size)

Would a systema duo fit ?

Not exactly sure of the size of a systema duo ? But I carry my ordinary Tupa wear , a book, 2 cans of pop, a battery charger and wire, a hair brush hand sanitizer and moisturiser, so it’s pretty big , plus 3 pockets on the out side too. Hope this helps
