Daebak Noodles Ghost Pepper spicy chicken flavor (pack of 6)

This is without a doubt one of the best but equally worse decisions I have made. I got these noodles as I was late to the challenge and wanted to record myself and my friend eating them, and the experience was something that has transcended my soul. The noodles themselves are pretty straightforward, as each container includes black noodles, a packet of the devastating ghost pepper sauce, and a plastic fork. Each container has a lift tab lid, and there is a fill line on the inside to indicate how much boiling water to add to it. After the noodles have cooked in the container for a few minutes, simply use the fork to puncture holes on the other side of the lid to drain them, then add the sauce packet, stir and it is ready to go.This is where all the smiles and laughs quickly faded, as I already knew it was going to be intense, but yet it still somehow exceeded that. Immediately on the first bite, it felt as if I had eaten several ghost peppers all at once, while still getting a savory chicken flavor. My eyes immediately started watering, my nose was running, and my face was red from the amount of heat coming from the spice in these noodles. However, what made it really bad was that I was in a rush to eat them as quickly as possible, and within a couple minutes I could feel sharp pains in my stomach. The burning sensation in my stomach was undeniably worse than any of the heat left in my mouth, and it took almost four hours before my stomach returned to normal.I don't know how these noodles achieved this level of spice as I've eaten lots of other spicy foods, but this was next level. The chicken flavor was absolutely incredible if you can handle the heat, and it was definitely worth the experience. My only complaint now is trying to figure out what to do with the rest of the noodle packs, as I'm not brave enough to eat the rest of them just yet.

Definitely some good spicy noodles right here …they are not spicy for no reason …they are spicy with some SEASON …I’d never had black noodles before but they are the perfect texture for some good ramen….oh a good trick I do is add some sliced onions to them !! I’m down to my last cup in my box will be ordering more

I bought these because a friend was saying how hot it was. I have been eating Samyang 2x for awhile so I thought I would give these a try.First off, the flavor is quite good.As for the heat it's not quite as spicy as Samyang 2x but its spicy in a different way. This hits the tongue/lips a lot more and has more overall heat, but its less oily so unlike the Samyang the heat doesn't stick everywhere and keep burning for ages. That being said it did set my tongue on fire for about 15 min straight but nothing else.I am subtracting a star because I assumed these would be like a normal cup noodles size but there is so little noodles in the cup, this feels like more of a novelty challenge size than a size you would actually eat for a meal.This, combined with the quite high price for how little noodles you get means that while I will enjoy the pack I got, I will not be ordering more, unless I can find it in a larger size. Get this size if you want to have a good time challenging your friends though its perfect for that!

I currently sit on my porcelain throne, in absolute pain, as I write this honest review.I would like to start, that these noodles are absolutely delicious. The moment these noodles touched my soiled tongue, set off a wave of serotonin that could only compare to Jesus himself gently placing the tip of His finger upon. Bouncy, firm noodles, unlike nothing that you cheap peasants know and have tasted the typical soggy, fall-apart, over-the-counter noodles that you find at your local Wally World.Just as any eager spice enthusiast out here, my first bite accumulated to a rather, large, gluttonous fork-ful; my ego was thousands of kilometers ahead of itself.The first bite, easy, no problem."Wow. This is hot." I can do this.Second voluptuous bite - Yes, yes, YES, I CAN BEAT THE ODDS!!No. No. Oh no. My mouth went numb, with contentious amounts of mind-blowing painAs I force myself to push back blinding violence of this unforgiving spice, I gather myself to shove the third portly serving into the burning hole that devours sustenance to nourish my body.And this was what broke me, mentally, physically, on an existential level that no mortal has felt.I currently sit here, in a cold sweat. My body is numb. I am proud to say that I have only shed one single tear, but this pain is forever eternal.No amount of therapy, toilet paper, or Preparation H can heal me from what I selflessly put myself through.9/10, would try again.

Ever since they added the caution oil pack, the flavor is tasteless and less spicy than the original even with the adjust pack. Why change what was good?
