RubyLux NIR-A Near Infrared Bulb Grade A (4 Pack)

These bulbs feel amazing! When I use them, I feel like I’m sunbathing in the tropics! And after only 10 minutes of use I felt deep relaxation in my body and took multiple deep breaths! Thank you RubyLux!

These bulbs are working great so far. I just got them so have only used them a few times so far. I got them to detox since I was recently diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease. So far I haven’t noticed any change in pain but I haven’t broken a sweat yet either. (I hear it takes a few sessions before that happens.) I’ve been slowly increasing the time I spend and am only up to 20 minutes so far. I imagine more results with increased time AND when I start sweating. The big things I love about these lamps (besides them feeling like deep warm healing sun rays) is the affordable price, that I’ve read they are very low EMFs and that near infrared penetrates more deeply than other infrareds. This is a great way to go if you can’t afford the thousands for a regular sauna set up. Ps You can build a very simple frame that looks like a ladder to hold them and easily move them around.

I am in the process of making a sort of mini-Lightroom/sauna under a set of stairs. Obviously these bulbs are a major part of that. I just got the light fixtures installed and tried out 30 minutes and it felt really nice. Once I insulate the walls to keep the heat in It should only get better.I have a total of 5 bulbs; 4 Rubylux and one other brand from when I first started tinkering with this. The Rubylux bulbs seem to be of better quality than other one. It’s a little early to tell if I realize the health benefits I’ve read about, but I would certainly recommend these bulbs based on their quality.

I made a red light therapy panel and wanted some good bulbs to go with. Top product on most of the research I did on near IR bulbs from DIY’ers. Ruby lux bulbs were used And liked by most all of them. Just got mine so I don’t have any before or after testimony’s yet. So far so good.***Update*** after using this for only 2 days I feel like I had an energy boost. The first day I thought it was the coffee that had me wired. I was up literally all night the first day. Today 3-24-20 I had no coffee and I’m having the same effects as having a cup of coffee. I think I will have coffee because I love the taste of it but now I know it’s the lights that I get the energy boost from.

Pill-free Pain Relief! I just had Rotator Cuff surgery on my left shoulder. I couldn't tolerate any of the pain-relievers my doctors suggested, due to side effects. Even when I took them, they didn't really take the pain away. Most of my pain was due to inflammation, but ice packs didn't help either. My son set up a home IR "sauna." I started using this and it was AMAZING! It feels so good while I'm using it! Warm like sunshine and no side effects. The pain relief is immediate and lasts a while and I can re-use it as often as I need to. I can do it in the morning and again after Physical Therapy. No worries.

Great light. Will update on efficacy after a month or so.My shipment had one bulb that had already been opened and had something burned/melted onto the face surface of the bulb. Very annoying since I bought a four pack and now I only will be able to use three until and if they decide to replace just the one...

These lights are fabulous! My doctor wanted me to use a near infrared sauna, but the price was prohibitive, starting around $5000. My husband used these lights to build a sauna in our guest room closet for about $200. I can feel a positive difference health-wise using these lights. The only issue we had was one of the lights burned out after a few weeks of use. But the customer service department was wonderful. They replaced the bulb within a few days.

These babies just arrived. I liked how well they were packed (none of those unnecessarily oversized boxes). They actually made it here safe and sound with bubble wrap and everything. I ordered 4. I turned one on and could immediately feel the heat coming out of it. Very much looking forward to using these! I've screwed them into brooder lamp holders that I usually use for raising chickens (they can handle up to 300 watt and are pretty cheaply bought at Murdoch's). Will see how I feel after a few sessions!
