Bought these to use for D&D spell books. Players can copy descriptions of their spells, items, and abilities into it as a quick reference without having to share a Players Handbook around the table. For that purpose, they're perfect.Each one comes in a pleasant feeling leather-like cover. There's a rather solid front and back, stitched to a more flexible spine covering, which allows it to lay flatter than most leather-like notebooks.There is a small paper pocket on the inside of the front cover, and a small expanding pocket on the inside of the back. A pack of small stick-on binder tabs comes included.The first three pages are a fillable table of contents, giving you 45 lines to note a page number and what is on it. The notebook itself has 156 numbered pages after that. The paper is not thick, so I would not recommend using a Sharpie, but is fine for pencils and normal pens. It's got that slightly aged color to it that's easy on the eyes. Lines are grey and dotted, easy to see but without dominating the paper.This one is a "pocket notebook," slightly short and wider than my phone (a Pixel XL something.) While it could technically fit in some pockets, I wouldn't try to sit down with it in one. Cargo pants, a purse, or something along those lines would be fine. It also isn't very handy for lengthy notes, so I wouldn't suggest it for school lectures or meeting notes. But for having a place to write things down at a crowded table, or to make a collection of recipes, reference notes, or cheat sheets that you want to use in tight spaces, this little guy is perfect.I've bought the green, black, cyan, and blue ones. Inside, they're all the same. All of the colors look nice, but the green is easily my favorite. Hopefully they expand to additional options in the future.

I've bought these before I absolutely love the size and the heavier type of paper. Perfect pocket books.

All the right features for a pocket notebookGood-looking, sturdy. thick paper so writing in pen on one side doesn't show through on the other side.Love the pen loop, elastic strap to close, the ribbon bookmarks and the two pockets inside the covers.I bought it to keep in my glove compartment to track my car's gas mileage and maintenance. It works so much better than the spiral-bound notebook I was using. I'm going on safari and am planning to take the other notebook with me :-)

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE : Issue was resolved, added a star for how fast and easy it was handled.Shipment was fast, quality is great and pages do not bleed through. Perfect size for an inside jacket pocket or even to keep in your pant pocket.However, first day using it and already is coming off at the seams. This would be fine if I wasn’t planning to keep this on my person every day for organization and thought process. Will update based on how it gets handled. Based on the reviews I think I just got a defective journal, still would recommend. Feels awesome.

Superior to Moleskin notepads in every way!Great paper, smooth, heavy, fountain pen friendly.Each page is numbered and there are dedicated pages at the front to create a TOC / Index of what you've captured or created and what page no. - Making it easy to find. No more aimlessly flipping through pages mumbling 'I know it's in here!'.These little babies come in a variety great colors, plus they have an elastic loop along the spine for keeping a pen right where you need it.I have bought these before and will continue to buy them as needed.I used Moleskins for years until I found these and will never go back, these notebooks are superior in every way and a fraction of the price! Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a good pocket size notebook with page numbers to easily find and reference information previously captured.

Numbered pages is an added plus. These are my " Vade Mecum" and I scribble all kinds of things in them from notes on the books I'm reading to notes on the sciences I'm into to recipes, definitions of words, just about everything. Vade Mecum, by the way, is a handbook or guide that is kept constantly at hand for consultation. I started this habit when I was working as a paleobotanist/ paleontologist for a museum.Addendum: I have been carrying my notebooks everywhere for the past 8 months. They are exceedingly sturdy and have been as useful as I could possibly praise. I've filled one and have almost completed the second as well and I will be ordering more. These aren't cheaply made products. I would endeavour to purchase them if they were twice the price seeing how magnificently they have taken the strain and wear of daily use.

Needed a journal to keep track of my dog’s progress with a new ailment that involves a lot of medications and a complete change in lifestyle. It not only allows me to document those things but has an indexing section and numbered pages for quick access to key events. Pen holder, inner pocket and elastic band to keep it neat…and pocket sized…it’s PERFECT!

This is the note pad that I have been looking for my needs. It is compact and has pockets. I am very happy about my purchase.
