Nice sturday bands just the right width
These stretch bands arw perfect for my home workouts. Different colors represent different strengths. They are strong and sturdy. Iv bought the thin kind that you have to tie before and discovered they tear over time because they are so thin and cannot hold up to the wear and tear of tying and untying. But these resist bands arw just the right width for wearing around your ankles or knees for a great side step workout with resistance. I haven't had them for long, so if there is any change to their quality from consistent use, I will update my review. I did receive this item as a discounted trial from manufacturer to review on Amazon but I am giving my honest opinion. I workout crossfit everyday and even at home. I requested to sample these because Iv been looking for a good quality. I certainly recommend them. Good product.

Good quality...room for improvement
These bands are super affordable and good quality but I feel like most of the bands do not have enough resistance. I’m a female in relatively decent shape but I feel like I shouldn’t have to go straight to x-heavy for a good workout. So far I’ve used light, medium and heavy for stretching which is fine. Overall good product just not quite what I was expecting.

Brought out of storage
I bought these bands three years ago and they have mostly held up great. I put these bands in the bag they came with and stored them in a closet for the last 6 months. I just pulled them out again and all of the bands were just like they were when I stored them away except for the black XX-Heavy band. When I went to stretch it a small section was dried out and brittle. You could see the cracks in the band showing that it would tear at any time. I threw it away before any injuries occurred. But all of the other bands appeared fine and have been working well so far since I brought them out of storage.

Highly Recommend
I like to mix my workouts up and in the past have used a variety of tools. I wanted something different so decided to look into resistance bands. I have used the ones with tubes before but not the smaller version. I am very pleased with this product! I paid less than $9 - which is less expensive than I found even at Walmart. The bands are high quality, easily marked for resistance weight, come with a pouch for storage, and they provide you access to a ebook and video with a variety of sample exercises if you like.

EXCELLANT FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY
I suffer from FROZEN SHOULDER = its a nasty combo of arthritis and inflammation. I do not take any medication and wanted to go with physical therapy. These bands are outstanding in every way. Proper tension is a must in the therapy I need. These bands have the various tensions from light to XX that is ESSENTIAL to the therapy needed to cope with FROZEN SHOULDER.My results: ADDED RANGE OF MOTION (improving each day); MUSCLES STRENGTHENED (less affected muscles offsetting stiff ones)My suggestion if you suffer like me = do only 3 reps at a time for EACH EXERCISE you use. Do as many exercises you wish but limit to 3 reps each time. Also, do not do this if you have NOT consulted with your doctor, you must make sure its the arthritis and not a tear, bursitis, etc.
