Faulty product Replaced without any questions asked
The product arrived in a very good package. It was working well. Most important thing is this Pune based seller and manufacturer makes sure to reply any of your questions on Whats App within 3 hours. Yes! within 3 working hours.I showed the circuit of PAPR - a medical device which I designed and he said it is OK.However after using the charger for 7 days it started malfunctioning and lights started blinking. I sent the video to the seller. He simply said, send back the product and I will replace. Really NO QUESTIONS ASKED!He kept his word and replaced it in 10 days by speed post. He did not ask for postage or any other charges also. The charger is working well since then till now (3 months of every day usage). No problem. It charges the battery in 4 hrs, everyday and every time... Thanks MAEnt..

After remodelling, the equivalent will be superfine unmatched
The media could not be loaded. Their 3 main defects.1. Return discharge2.Due to the faulty circuit the led light is blinking wrong.3.After full recharge it should be stopped.ThanksDr. Sharada Prasad Singh

Stopped working after a single charge
The charger worked once to charge my 3S1P Li-Ion battery. And I was satisfied. But I tried using it after the battery discharge and it no longer works!! This is a terrible quality for a simple charger.Is there a warranty on this?
