This boot is great! The construction is first rate, the fit is fine, the zippered side makes taking it off and putting it on easy as pie!! I bought a pair because I have a left ankle problem(weak) and this 8 inch boot give me a lot of lateral side stability. Yes you can spend tons more cash for a better named boot, however, you are most likely just wasting your hard earned cash. Actually I bought two pair. One for my grandson (he loves his too) and a pair for myself. I don't know anything about the customer relations office or how fast you get you money back etc., I haven't had to find out!! Mine fit fine!! I am please with both the product and the wear ability of it. The only change I made was putting a gel sole in mine. Absolutely the best way to go if you are 70 yrs old and work on your feet. Oh, the composite toe makes it lighter and more comfortable too.

My second pair the comfort is outstanding and they look great. If your older the zipper is a must!

Very sturdy and light weight

Maybe should have gone down a 1/2 size from normal. Didn’t feel the need to return and just a minor adjustment with a heavier/thicker sock does the trick. Lightweight, easier to get on and off with zipper over traditional boot like these. If it lasts 18-24 months I’ll be plenty happy, which it likely will.

That's not a coincidence AND the price of these boots have gone up since I bought them!!These boots are less than a year old. Bought 8/18/22 today is 7/15/23. The soles are ripping off both boots. About 6 months in to owning them one of the zippers broke and I had to pay to have it completely replaced. The general wear and tear on the boots isn’t bad but even at this low price point they should have lasted longer. I will not buy these again nor would I recommend. There is no reason they can’t last AT LEAST one full year of use!

these fit well but feel heavier than the boots I wore in the army. seems like my lower legs are too big for the zipper to go all the way up. my calf's are too big and I can't tie the eyes or bring the zipper all the way up.

Fit GREAT i have very wide feet and was hoping with a name like "wideway" they would be wide enough.No breaking in needed, nice and light, zipper makes for easy on and off

great light weight boots as description.the sole is high quality.but the there is slight damage on the side of the shoe. the texture is not durable.
