Smell is very pungent in the bag, good advice from previous reviews just not to smell it!5g has no noticeable taste in a mug of strong coffee with hot milk, and the powder completely dissolves. That dosage daily is enough for my needs after a bit of research. Very happy with the product source, purity and testing.6 month review - all good, especially with hair which was main goal. After 6 weeks could feel growth on scalp, now as hairs get longer this is adding volume at the roots, so overall looks thicker. Visually a definite improvement. Skin was not a concern but poss. a slight reduction in fine lines, maybe a bit smoother. Nails no noticeable change. So for less than £15 a month (sometimes less if on special offer) I'll be continuing to use this product.

This collagen has a putrid smell and I try to disguise the taste in hot orange juice which I down in one. Not the way I prefer to drink orange at breakfast but it won’t dissolve in cold drinks. I’ve tried it in coffee but you can still taste it and gives the drink a strange texture. Whether it improves my thinning hair remains to be seen as it will take at least 6 months to assess the regrowth. Compared to other brands I found it good value.

Been using this collagen daily in my morning drinks for a while now. Dissolves easily, no taste, and I’ve noticed my skin and joints feeling a bit stronger. Feels like a clean, high-quality product.

Quality Product, this particular collagen is awesome, which i'v been taking for about a year and i can see a difference within my body, i would highly recommend buying this marine collagen which is sourced from sea white fish deep in the north atlantic ocean, and is free from any toxins 150%......

I Have tried a many different brands . This one is the best by far and it’s a reasonable price . I can see a big difference to nails and hair in 4 weeks .I’m not sure I agree with comments about it being unpalatable I’ve had no issues in drinks and yogurt. Some other brands have a horrid aftertaste .I will be buying more.

TASTE & SMELLFirst, ignore the reviewers saying this tastes bad. If you stick your nose in the bag and sniff, yes, it smells fishy. So, don't do that.Add 1-2 tablespoons to a hot drink, stir, enjoy with NO fishy taste whatsoever. I have mine in hot chocolates or vanilla lattes and I literally do not taste any fish.In fact, I'm super fussy about fish, I usually follow a vegetarian diet and I've never actually eaten fish because I hate the taste, but wanted to add Marine Collagen for its hair and skin benefits. Now I am formally a pescaratian (Collagen powder only, still hate the taste of fish)This does not taste of fish UNLESS you stick your nose in the bag and inhale. In a small mug, it's almost half full of powder. It takes 2 minutes with the frother to fully blend this powder. It doesn't clump together, but I've noticed some powder left at the bottom of the mug unless I stand there blending it for a good 2-3 minutes.This bag lasts less than 1 month if you use the recommended serving size every day. Perhaps 3 weeks.Perhaps Collagen capsules would be more convenient instead of blending powder into a drink if you're in a rush or leave your hot drinks unattended for too long until they go cold, then it is just a waste.Remember, don't stick your nose in the bag!!

This marine collagen powder might be unflavoured but it does smell and taste like fish. So I guess using it in Matcha tea or fish/seafood dishes would be fine but not in coffee or tea. That is to say I have very fine senses, but even my family members who are normally not as sensitive noticed it clearly and instantly without me telling them what was in the drink. Since I did not continue to use the powder any further I can't speak to the health benefits of this very product. Dissolves easily though.
