How do I get warranty support? I have had this for 3 months and it quit working, just shows zero with an occasional flash of random numbers.

It's the horrible design in the battery tray. The pressure that keeps the metal contacts down also lifts the entire battery tray away from it's case making it lose contact. You can try to press them back but it will only happen again.

can i get more Calibration powder?

Yes, available on Amazon. I use liquid ph 7 which I think is more economical and much simpler to use.

where are the batteries? it says included. are they installed inside? Mine won't turn on

Yes they are installed. They are most likely dead, both meters I received came with dead batteries. The thin black cap comes off if the push in the release on the back and pull it up.

Can this be used to test the pH of automotive coolant in your radiator??
