This thing is no joke. It's a quality built tool at that. Heavily weighted. The size is perfect. Fits in hand nicely. Nice gold color. Although I give this item a 5 star let me share a big con with the size and quality of this item "it can not be clipped to your seat bealt, a head cushion or anything like that. This thing is heavy. Which brings me to where to store it in your car or suv. Glove box? No to that on any of these. Ive noticed the small, lighter weight plastic seat belt cutters are pinned to people's headrest around here. We've seen many young people flip cars into the water and drown. This is a very high quality item but don't forget why your buying it, to cut your seat belt and tap the glass if your stuck. If you flip your car and can't locate the tool it's no good to you . Just food for thought.

Got this as an emergency tool, and after reading the reviews got one of the all metal ones. Construction seems solid, good weight to it and comes with a bag. Good to have in the car, just in case.

I hope we don't have to ever use it but we have then in our cars just in case. They seem really sturdy and like they will do the job.

I have been wanting to order one of these for a long time. I’m glad that I found a set too and I ordered them. These are really heavy, but I think they’re going to serve their purpose. Well then being stainless steel and kind of heavy. Makes them know that they are stand whatever pressure I hope I never never never have to use these, but keeping them in the car for a safety precaution is a good thing. I recommend this brand because for one thing it is a sturdy product. It was well wrapped came in a box of two in a little handy bag for the glove compartment and I highly recommend everyone to have this in their car. Hope it does a job if ever needed, but praying to God that I never have to . Well pleased

First of all, let us all not reach a situation where we should have to use this. To say the least, this is a very imortant component to be carried in your car, be it a sedan or SUV. Must have. Let us not use this though.

Don't like spring loaded glass breakers and find this type more robust and a lot safer.
