The powder is concentrated but not as concentrated as you think. I mixed a little in a few drops of water, and the concentrated flavor is excellent. I used this for making passion fruit cheesecake with 1:10 ratio, and it was quite weak in flavor. Basically 24 oz of cheesecake mix and 2 oz of the powder in a 9 in pie pan turned out to be good but not quite distinguishable as passion fruit. I think 1:5 ratio tastes more appropriate and you can try mixing it with some citrus flavor to bring out the fruitiness of it. So it would take half the jar to make a cheesecake.

Got this just in time to add it to some Swiss Meringue Buttercream I was making to fill Macarons. It is delicious and did not negatively affect the texture or consistency of the frosting. Does not taste artificial at all. Can't wait to add this to other goodies!

This is disgusting. Tastes like chemicals and is moist and the jar is half empty. Too expensive for such an awful product and I’m a baker. Will never buy again it ruined my ingredients and I had to toss them which was pricey. Don’t waste your money.

Amazing flavor additive. I would highly recommend this over liquids. We’ve tried many over the years but they are usually gross or not enough flavor. This stuff is perfect. It went great in our white cake recipe and we also used it on frosting. The price is kind of high for the amount of times you can use so I’m hoping to find a more bulk size and order more. This tastes like real pistachios.

Yummy I put it in cake mixes, cream cheese, whipped cream, frosting. I would highly recommended it.

I used this for the crust and filling of a pastry I was making, and while it gave it a great color, scent, and strong flavor, the taste was reminiscent of very sweet strawberry candy and slightly bubblegum-y. Depends what you're look for. I recommend this if you're trying to create something more of the strawberry PopTart variety instead of a natural tasting dessert.

I love the taste of passionfruit. I finally had a chance to bake this powdered passionfruit. I was delightfully surprised with its authentic taste, and that it did NOT have a chemical taste like some extracts do. I used very little and the flavor was spot on. I have made cookies, a cake, and buttercream with this product and they all are amazingly delicious.

The smell and the taste are very potent. It brought my pistachio s ice cream to the professional level. The smell of this is even more pleasant than the raw pistachio itself. I wonder how but it's true so You can imagine how good this is. 🤩
