Q: Does it work with Laser Printers? Box states inkjet printers and the description says inkjet or laser.

We suggest you use inkjet printer for Frosty Clear printable vinyl Because laser printer temperature is so high ,will damage the coated,but Hp laser printer is ok.

Q: Are these the removable type decal sheets or the more permanent ones?

Permanent. Supposed to be waterproof for hand washing. But not in dishwasher

Q: i do not want to print on this. will it work as a waterproof laminate sheet over stickers on cricut?

I don't have a cricut, but it works on a Silhouette and usually if a material works on a Silhouette, it works on a cricut.
