Arrived sooner than promised. Used this small diameter bungee to replace waist cord on 30 +year old M65 field jacket. Works better than original . Same color as what I replaced. Thank you.

Purchased this for a project to create a container for my kiddos stuffed animals. She loved the hot pink color and the cord worked great for this project. It does fray pretty badly if you cut it, but I melted the frayed ends after cutting and that prevented any further damage or fraying. I'm sure there is a better, safer way to prevent fraying, but it was a quick fix! Overall this is a good product at a decent price.

Edit: contacted the seller and received a replacement bundle very quickly. The size at this length doesn’t come on a spool but this time the bundle was wrapped neatly and easy to deploy. Very sturdy shock cord. I’m upgrading my one star review up to 5.Just a note, I know they are quite clear about the size but this stuff is really thick. It is 3/8 of an inch. And for most applications you might find it a little too big and I would recommend going down to the 1/8” inch size if you’re unsure. This is essentially bungee cord. I got it to hold a roof canopy on and it’s a perfect size for that but it’s probably all I will use this gigantic stuff for.I had ordered these products from here before. I have been please to get a quality product at a reasonable price. The shock cord keeps it's elasticity longer that and the items I am replacing, mainly ball bungees and backpack rigging. I have also replaced the cord on rain jackets.So I knew something was up when I received a flat soft package. It was looped and folded like an extension cord rather than being on a spool and it was not contiguous. . It may sound like a small matter, but being on a spool is of great utility to me. Compact storage, easy dispensing and no tangles. Now I don't necessarily need a single 100 ft length but they didn't know that and multiple pieces was not what I ordered.You can see the mess I received as well as my previous neat spool in the photo. The next photo you can see the join.Disappointed and prob won't order from them again. I can no longer recommend.

The shock cord exceeded my expectations. The quality of the outer shell is remarkable. The cord is fairly stiff and gives you good reliable holding power. Much more stout then a lot of other 3/16 in shock cords with less pull distance but for me this is a positive. Time will tell if they are as weather resistant as advertised but for now I am very pleased with this shock cord.

So far, I like it. my only gripe is it is not on a spool so now I have 50ft stuffed in a bag.

Replaced tent elastics great quality

Purchased this shock cord to repair some tent poles on a used tent we just purchased. Worked great!! Really high quality shock cord and could tell right away it would work for us. We got the 3/16" thickness X 50 ft.and it was perfect to repair all 4 tent poles (Tent: Marmot Halo 4 Person ). We used the standard 75% rule of shock cord: tent pole length and worked perfectly. Shock Cord was just a tiny bit thick for tying the end knot to the end plug of the pole but pulled the knot really tight and it worked to get it down the tube of the pole. Would definitely purchase this high quality product again when needing it.
