Yes it can be used on plastic I have used it on black patio doors

I personally wouldn’t as it is quite thick and would probably show up.

Would this work to touch up kitchen worktops?

I wouldn't recommend it. You can buy a specific product that is made for worktop.

I couldn’t find a brush to apply instead used needle tip which took patience but it did the job.

Reasonable price for small paint job on black composite door filling in movement cracks.
