Good product and it does clean but I went over a few times to really remove about 97% on old crude left from past cooks. Hand washing of pad is time consuming but sufficient to use next time I thought enough about this cleaning technique that I ordered another for my daughter and her charcoal grill.

Durable, and has made cleaning the Blackstone fast and effective. Great product.

Works pretty good. Cant scrub off super sticky stuff. But overall gets most stuff off grills. Strong fabric. Seems like it will last long.

Bought it to try on my Weber slate griddle, since cleaning with just paper towels and spatula scrubbing is tedious - steam cleaning has been great. The grease comes right off with this brush.Cleaning it has some nuance, while it's dish washer safe and does clean off, it does require a little prep. I putting it in the dishwasher after a rinse was not enough to get the grease off, I've had to scrub it a little under a sink, apply some extra soap to the brush and then put it in the dishwasher to get it properly cleaned.

The media could not be loaded. Full disclosure: I haven't used this yet! But I saw several product-use videos on it and know it's what I was looking for. That said, I could not have been more frustrated with the packaging. The cello wrap was pressed between the two plastic parts of the handle/pad assembly and I couldn't depress the side release buttons with my fingernails AT ALL to dislodge it. First world problem, I know. But it still is a problem, at least for me. If my hubby wasn't near by to do it (and he even struggled with it), I would have literally returned this product as unusable for me. So he'll have to do it to release the pad for cleaning or for replacement too. Ugh. Those side tabs need to be easier to use for smaller hands. My other note (with hopes the manufacturer is reading) is that the yellow fabric pad cover is ridiculous. Not only does it look cheap, but it is the wrong color to do the job it's meant to do. MAKE IT BLACK. Nobody wants to see the oily gunk from a Blackstone griddle on the pad after the first use. Why do you think those nylon grill scrubbies are black? Love that somebody came up with something new for this griddle-grill (i.e, Blackstone) trend, and I hope some design mods in the future make it just perfect for griddle cleaning. In the meantime, while I'm happy to have an option that does not involve wire bristles due to the health warnings on choking on those little wires that become detached and embedded in food items, this one seems like it still needs some work.

When It arrived the brush kept falling off the handle. It would not click on. I was going camping with my blackstone the next day so I still used it and returned it when I got home. Of course they accepted my return and sent me another one. (Yes the new one clicks in place) I think this is a great tool for the flattop for cleaning. Highly recommended

The grill rescue works well. It cleans the grill good our grill looks a lot cleaner after each grilling . We put in in a pot of water to wet it and just scrub away. It’s not hard and you. A wash the pad in your dish washer All in all it was worth the money
