I highly recommend Centrum vitamin minis for women 50+ Have taken them for years and they are very comprehensive.Am a very healthy 73 year old senior woman who has no medical illness and these vitamins are one of the reasons why that is. Have found that most of the multi-vitamins are not comprehensive enough, but these are very compenhensive and hightly recommend them for women 50I am a healthy 73 year old woman who does not need to take any medication and has a healthy lifestyle, which includes taking Centrum Minis Women 50+. Excellent product. However please check with your doctor if you are taking other supplements or are under fifty years old. Two mini tablets are equal to one daily dose. They are quite potent according to my doctor. I really appreciate being able to take two mini tablets due to problems I have swallowing one large tablet.Both the packaging, expiration date and delivery service are always perfect. I highly recommend this product. Always remember that both vitamins and supplements are also medications. If you are taking any other medications or have any health issues carefully review the possible side effects with your medical practitioner(s) to make certain that you can safely use them together.

I have a really hard time swallowing large pills. I used to have a liquid multi-vitamin which was super easy. The company went out of business and I needed an alternative. These are about the same size as Aleve and easy to swallow. As far as the vitamin benefits, I didn’t notice a big difference from my last vitamins - which I guess means they are working.

Got these for my MIL and she loves them. She says the smaller size is great for her to swallow and she feels more energized than when she was taking the other vitamins. Just make sure you're taking 2 every day. They go down easy and the price is reasonable.

I don't know how to rate a multi vitamin since I don't know if it's working. But my doctor said to take it so I am.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and that first week was yucky. Lots of coughing. I feel like it’s helpful? Took out a lot of phlegm at first. Taste is ok so I do continue to use it often. Not daily but at least 3-4x a week.

These are great vitamins for older people. My mom has trouble swallowing like many people, so it's good that they come in Minis. I think they have everything that she needs, and it's a pretty good price.

I was glad to find these vitamins in a mini size because I was having trouble swallowing the huge regular size pills. Now I take them more regularly because it’s not so unpleasant.
