The hair is soft , shines and is very light with no odor. I love the look of these smaller locs. Loops are no problem either. The problem is that a 6 pack is not enough for an average size head you need 7-8 packs because the size of the locs are much smaller than the average. It’s a nice look but now I have to wait for more hair to finishThis is my 3rd install and I am loving it. I use a combination of 14’, 12 and 10’ for the look I want now. What I like most about this hair is that the locs are smaller in diameter. The hair is shiny w/o being waxy. The hair is initially a little stiff so I spray mine down to get it to relax faster before install. People stop me all the time to tell me how beautiful my hair is.

Ok so let's get into these butterfly locs. I read so many reviews and I was skeptical to buy at first. But I got an update on the hair that it has improved for lighter weight and an easier install. I went with my first mind and ordered 1 more pack I knew 6 wasn't gonna be enough. So I only had a problem with a few of the locs but I found a method to open the loop without messing up the loc, but it still was an easy install. Took an hour and a half to install. (Crochet method) These locs are made to last literally. I had to cut off the ends because they were so stiff and when I did it looked so much better and the loc still holds it shape only a few sheds after the cut but they are still holding up..it's been 5 days and still holding it's shape and no unraveling. Cutting the ends gave it that thicker look I was going for. I got so many compliments. They turned out great.

I love this hair! I read every review to make sure this was what I wanted. I ordered on Amazon prime it came next day. The hair itself is good quality I’m new to wearing any sort of weave at all and this is my first time with braids/ locs or a protective style so I will say it’s a little weight to it but not unbearable. I was expecting them to be heavy for me being that I’m not use to wearing added hair. But it feels fine. The loops were small I had a friend install them for me but I helped her lossen the loop so she could move quicker and not have to do it. It took her several hours because she did individual braids to my real hair. Also My hair is longer than the locs to when installing them she had to loop them back up through the loc to secure them which also contributed to the length of time. My hair is between 3A-3b texture with Semi loose curl pattern also very soft so she said she had to be careful and make sure they were really secure for no slip out being that I will be wearing this style on vacation and plain to swim underwater. We used 4 packs I think we had 50 to 52 braids total. Also I did pre wash the hair the day before with ACV and warm water to remove any manufacture film. I didn’t see any in the water which was a good sign I let it soak for a hour and rinse with clean water and hair dry. I just wanted to be super safe with no breakouts or itching because it’s synthetic hair.After fully installed I added some castor oil drops to the scale, and setting mouse a little hair shine spray and wrapped them with silk hair scarf and bonnet to sleep in. Hope this is helpful if you are on the fence pull the trigger and get them you won’t be disappointed. Even my friend who is a pro at protective crochet styles loved the quality and was impressed she said she was trying it next.

it turned out absolutely gorgeous and very realistic looking, its actually rather thick and hard so it hurts a little to install but pain went away after a day, and since it was thick i didnt need a lot to install

This hair was sooooo heavy and thick on my head. It's also super stiff. I went on vacation with this heavy stiff hair on my head and I was soooo miserable. I had a constant headache and even though I have taken this hair out of my head now, my scalp is still very tender to the touch. I started taking this hair out of my head while still on vacation just trying to find some relief but to no avail. I couldn't wait to get this hair out of my head. It was the Absolute worst hair I've Ever purchased and I was super disappointed.

I’d like to start by saying that the quality of the hair is beautiful and amazing . The quantity great . Just like most things there are pros and cons. I am very satisfied with this product’s quality and quantity. However, I must voice that this hair was very difficult to install. They are stiff and tightly wound. This makes it tough to pull the hair through for the individual locs installation. I brought black and pink and I wasn’t able to use the pink ones because they were tighter. Because of this, I will not buy it again. I need something a little bit more softer.

The hair is light and easy to install. I used about 4.5 packs for my whole head. Would buy again
