I love this Louisiana Fish Fry. I bought it for chicken. It was so easy to put together and cook. The flavor was tangy and a little spicy but not mouth burning! I had seen it on a cooking show and thought I would buy it on Amazon and give it a try. So glad I did. Will be a staple in my kitchen from now on.

Good Imitation
It makes chicken tenders taste pretty much like my favorite fried chicken place of the same name. Although, not exactly because I don’t deep fry them. A little too salty for me but I don’t like much salt.

Great for Chicken fried steak and fried mushrooms!
The best seasoned fry batter. Great on everything! We love to use it for chicken fried steak, shrimp, chicken, steak, veggies and mushrooms. It’s got a tiny bit of heat (like 2 out of 10) that gives it a very nice taste. I keep a lot handy because it’s so versatile. Try frying mushrooms with it- OMG delicious!

Good but not the best
It’s pricey but I’m always buying and trying different fry mixes. This is just ok. Nice golden brown crisp but lacks in flavor so you’d need to lightly add your own seasoning to kick it up a notch. I wouldn’t purchase again.
