Clever Fox Planner Large – Undated Weekly & Monthly Planner for Productivity, Time Management & Goals – Organizer Journal – 7x10” (Mystic Blue)

I actually have yet to seriously sit down and start writing in it but that's only because I don't want to waste the awesomeness by making a mistake; I really want to sit down and put some undivided attention into it. Seriously though, just by reading the quick start guide (how to use the planner), it opened up a new way of looking at things. This planner is pretty amazing but maybe it’ll help to understand where I’m coming from. I’ve been struggling with life a bit over the past 4 years, for various reasons, but generally involving my 2 kids and a strained marriage where I haven’t been an adequate man, husband, or father (but that’s a whole other story). In any case, things have slowly been building up and recently came to a head; events which have forced me to honestly and brutally examine my life. Ironic, because I’ve been “soul-searching” for the past 4 years. Just couldn’t seem to make real or lasting progress. I guess the pain wasn’t painful enough? Or I wasn’t ready to change for me, I guess? In any case, I’ve finally started to evaluate my life: where I’ve gone, what I’ve done, where I’m going, what I want my life to look like, etc. It took me wayyy too long to start writing down goals or tasks in a book, but I finally started doing that, because I figured it’s about time I actively work on being proactive and productive. I started about a month ago, writing down goals/projects/To Do items over the course of a week. (This week, I want to finish/accomplish these items, etc.) I started to realize that I needed other lists. What to do on this SPECIFIC day, longer term goals/projects, habits to start building, and so on. Once I had an idea of the things I wanted, I looked for planners on Amazon. I came across a lot and went through tons of pictures, trying to find a layout I liked that also helped me incorporate these criteria. Then I found Clever Fox. What’s cool too is that Clever Fox has a bunch of different planners and sizes, so it’s pretty easy to find something to match your needs. My wife saw mine and loved it, but wanted a smaller one for herself (A5). There are other planners with similar features/layouts, but I’ll probably stick with Clever Fox unless I find something else that completely blows it out of the water. There are a ton of things to love, at least from my point of view. The first sections are essentially about reflecting on your life: what’s important to you, what does your dream life look like, what habits do you want to build, etc., and it asks what your life looks like in 1, 3, 5 years. Suffice it to say, it’s adept at helping you visualize big picture items and then breaking them down in manageable chunks. Honestly, it feels like that’s what everyone says all the time about having goals and plans, but I’ve never sat down to take the time to ACTUALLY think about it. For me, this planner is hugely beneficial. When it comes to the layout, I love it. Something I wanted was the ability to track goals/items of interest over the span of a month, or a place to put monthly priorities. It also helps you track habits, reminds you of specific aspects in life you might’ve wanted to work on, and other useful stuff. There are also monthly evaluation pages that help you pinpoint what went right and what went wrong about the month, and how you’re going to make the next month better. I don’t know how this planner will work for you, but if it’s anything like it is for me, you’ll love it. It’s big, and I plan on looking at it every day or two. Refocusing, refreshing my memory on tasks that need to be completed, things I want to start incorporating more in my life, etc. If you’re willing to put in the effort and be serious, I think this could help you get your life in order; at the very least, it’ll give you ideas; maybe even a way forward.

I purchased a planner on Amazon, and I have been nothing less than ecstatic with my choice. Additionally, my experience with Clever Fox has been beyond superior! The pages reside at the very beginning of the planner. Use all or none of these tools. I recommend spending an afternoon using them all for the best experience. It was a VERY fun process, and I’m lucky to have gone through it twice 😃. The planner is then broke out into monthly, weekly, and notes sections. Diving into this planner takes no more than five minutes per day, regardless of what version you have! The Pro planner offers you the extra insight into a monthly review. Take the time to set up this planner and then track your goals! It’s EASY! ## Customer Service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clever Fox was candid and caring in letting me know how long the process for receiving a new planner would be, and why. I requested to update my planner at a time when they were all sold out. Bummer, I know. However, I have never had a customer service experience that was so responsive! They touched base with me when exactly when they said they would, and kept me in the know. I could practically track my planners shipping before Clever Fox had it in their warehouse and shipped it to me! ## Unrivaled Equitable Business Practices 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For those of you hanging in there and reading this entire review, here is the best part. I offered to pay the difference between each planner, cover shipping, and to send my old planner back to them. Clever Fox would have none of it. They offered me the Pro Planner at no additional cost as a condolence for my patience and honesty. Who does that!?!?! I can say with confidence that Clever Fox will evaluate each customer service case for their unique circumstance and claim. I feel that every person with honorable intent would receive equitable five-star treatment. We have all received “canned emails” at some point during a customer service transaction. You know, the email chains where hired customer service representatives plug and play your information into a template. Clever Fox engages in no such practice. You can buy this product with the assurance that there is a human being who cares about your experience on the other end. Bottom line. This planner came highly recommended by a friend of mind. Now that I own one and am using it, I understand why. I can't say enough good things about this planner. Traditionally I've never been an organized person and so I've not really used tools like this one. There have been attempts to get organized and use tools but those always failed. My favorite thing about this planner is once you start using it, you don't want to stop. It helps you organize everything. Goals, events, and reflections all find a home in this planner. I'm still very new to the practice but I can say a great deal of the progress I've made in being more organized is due to this planner. They've earned a customer for life in my case and I'm fairly certain I can say the same of my friend who sent me their way. Pros: - Stylish and Sturdy, this thing is intended for daily use and they constructed it with that in mind. - It's design is focused on exactly what they say: Time Management, Productivity, and Hitting Goals. You set your goals and this tool will help you succeed. Cons: - None that I can honestly think of. This planner is exactly what I needed for my journey. Tips: - If you don't have a friend that is nuts about these things, definitely check out their website for getting started section complete with videos. This planner is AWESOME but instead of jumping straight in, take a couple of days to set yourself up for the highest possible amount of success - In addition to what you find on their site I'll recommend the following: fill out a few days in each month to keep yourself oriented for the future. You don't have to fill in the complete month dates until you get to the month but having the 1st, 10th, 15th, and the Last Day of the month there will help you if you happen to be scheduling things out for the future. - Final Tip: Use it! The more you do, the more you'll want to AND you'll notice improvements in the areas you have set for yourself to improve in. Final word: I hope you find as much success as I have.

I’ve been buying Clever Fox planers for 4yrs now and I’m not as satisfied as I used to be. The bookmarks have evolved to be slightly different shades of the same color; differentiating locations of bookmark placement isn’t as defined. Stickers went down in quality; they are very elementary in color and style.

I had given up on planners years ago, as they were never in a format that worked for me. I went through many versions of planners over the years, eventually gave up on them. I went digital like most people do these days, and I have for about 10 years now. I did not think I would ever return to a paper bound planner again, as I never found one that worked for me. Then I recently took a class that was part of my State Board of Realtor Convention where the speaker showed the Clever Fox Planner and how she used it. She swore by it, even though she also was very tech savvy. I was intriqued, and checked it out. I eventually ordered one, and have been using it since day one. What I like about it is: You can organize your week, and also your month as needed. There is plenty of space for notes, setting daily and weekly targets. It has space to remind you to work on habits that you set up at the beginning of the book. It is easy to also put down long range plans and goals, and reference them without it interferring with the day to day functions. I also like that it is not a rigid calendar, and you can write in your own date numbers, essentially making it usable from whenever you choose to start it. So many other planners expire in the year they are printed. This one is a blank slate, which is great. I like that is also is offered in different sizes. I may go with the larger one next time when this one is full. I like that the instructions at the beginning are simple, and also challenging. Overall I think it is the best planner I have ever seen, and I highly recommend it. I never thought I would use a planner again, but this one makes sense and I refer to it and it has become an integral part of my daily planning.

While I can't speak to the planner's functionality firsthand, I can certainly attest to its quality and design. Despite my best intentions to get my nursing school son to utilize it to its full extent, I must confess that the planner never saw the light of day in terms of actual planning. However, this is no fault of the planner itself. As the old saying goes, "You can bring the planner to them, but you can't make them plan." Perhaps one day, he will find the motivation and discipline to put pen to paper and embark on a journey of planning and goal-setting.
