Looks pretty good
These were used on a diy hanging light fixture in our weird library/front room. They help give it a rustic look. I wish they were a tad bigger but over all I was pleased.

Quality Pieces
These are heavy duty and not cheap and flimsy. They have nice character to them and we’re just what I needed to make my project have that finished look.

Thick and solid trunk hardware
These are bold, masculine, rigid, heavy, thick chunks of metal. They will protect any larger wood box just fine. I would recommend 3/4" wood as a minimum thickness as well as an overall dimension of at least 6x8x12 inches (think like a wood toolbox size)

Great decorative item for my dining table project
This item was exactly what I needed to dress up the corners of a dining room table I was refinishing. At a great price too! Very pleased with item and vendor.

Nice but brittle Cast iron
Well, for starters, these are very nice looking on the outside. Unfortunately, if you are a perfectionist like me, all of your corners in woodworking are a perfect 90°. After I installed one bracket and started to tighten it down, I heard a loud POP. Had no clue what it was until I saw the bracket had broke in half.After checking several other brackets, almost all of them are more than 90°. My pictures illustrate the problem with the brackets been over 90°. So I’m assuming the wood screws pulling down on the bracket so hard broke it. If my corners were 92° like my digital angle finder was reading , I probably wouldn’t have this issue. So instead of taking the risk of installing more brackets and possibly breaking them, I decided to return them for a full refund.

Nice touch for a handmade table!
We added these to the corners of a handmade birch table made out of an old iron singer sewing machine base! It brought it all together with a rustic look that I LOVE! They're solid/heavy and the perfect size. No more worries about the corners getting banged up! Easy to install. No regrets!
