I like everything about this lamp, it was a good purchase.

The lamp is very pretty, and at over 7 ft it is pretty tall. The base is black and heavy. The lamp was pretty easy to put together. It didn't come with any light bulbs. Initially I used soft white bulbs (extra's that I had in my home) and the lamp looked nice however you could clearly see the light bulbs, but after reading another review I purchased clear light bulbs and they make the lamp look very pretty and you can't see the bulbs. That might not mean much to some people, but when you compare the two the clear light bulbs look much better. The difficult part about the lamp is the packaging. It took me considerably longer to unpack the lamp than it did to put the lamp together. Which I could appreciate because it was coming from CA to MI. I tried to neatly open the packaging, but the boxes inside of the main box are glued to the inside of the main box. If that makes any sense. So ultimately I had to tear everything open, but I was careful to not break anything connected to the actual lamp. Overall, it is a beautiful lamp, and it was easy to put together. Well worth the money.

It is not dimmable but you can choose to light up all three light bulbs at the same time or two or just one. Overall Good quality light.

This lamp is absolutely gorgeous. It is very large so I wouldn't recommend it for small rooms. I do not have a ceiling fixture in my living room and wanted something that would light up the room better than the table lamps. I wanted something other than the torchiere style lamps. This fit the bill perfectly. I have a basic 8 foot ceiling and the highest arch is almost up to the ceiling so it acts like a ceiling lamp. It does not take very long to put together and the plastic pendents were already attached. I just had to reattach a few of them. The base is black, heavy and not very sightly, but without something to anchor it, the lamp would tip over. I have positioned it behind the couch as seen in the photo, so the appearance of the base is not an issue for me. I use it with just the middle one lit but you can have one two or all three lit. I looked at this lamp on several websites and Amazon had the best pricing for it. It is bold and makes a statement, so if you want something unassuming, this would not be the lamp for you.

Wow! Amazing purchase! Very happy with it. Lights go 3 way( you can have 1 light,2 or 3 together) Looks very stylish, sturdy and very bright.

I'll start at the beginning. 1. Prepare to spend a lot of time just getting this out of the package. It took me at least 20 minutes and a week's worth of calories just to cut away the cardboard and free the contents from the box. The box itself wasn't completely rigid, so the package actually would bend when I moved it, but everything was taped and strapped and it was completely FIXED together. That being said... 2. One part was broken, despite the tape mummy encasing everything. A better quality of cardboard box would do the trick, or a double boxing. This box was kind of hacked together. There was the plain box like you'd buy the lamp in, and then on either end of the package were other pieces of cardboard that had been taped on to reinforce the ends. But other than the box the lamp was in, there was not another "shipping" layer of cardboard. Within the box, everything was taped down in place so none of it would move. But still, one of the little white rings that screws on and holds the crystal frame in place was cracked in half. I made a trip to Home Depot for a replacement part. They really should upgrade the packaging. 3. The assembly instructions are laughable, but we got the job done. I am 5'2" and there is absolutely no way I could have assembled this by myself. I was going to try to have it all put together as an anniversary surprise for my husband, but I got it half way put together and simply had to stop and wait for him to help me finish. It's large and heavy and rather unwieldy. 4. THIS THING IS ENORMOUS. We have 11' ceilings, so that's good. I don't see this lamp working in a room with only 8' ceilings. We are planning to buy a sectional, and I think once we get that, it won't seem so monstrous. But right now next to our regular couch, this seems laughably out of proportion. I feel like I'll need to explain it to guests until we get the new furniture. 5. The light it casts seems more like an overhead light than a floor lamp. I'm thinking if someone wants to lie on the couch and watch a movie, they won't want this light on because it's right over head. 6. We used 60 watt clear halogen bulbs and it is EXTREMELY BRIGHT. If you've got dark paint, this lamp will be able to illuminate your room quite well. We have white walls, and I think this is too bright to be relaxing. I am going to try 40 watt bulbs, and I am also going to try to find a dimmer that we can plug this into so we can adjust the brightness to our liking. 7. You're going to want to hide the base. It looks like there should be a basketball hoop above it when you look at the base. It's black plastic, and simply utilitarian. Not attractive. Don't put this where you will see the base. 8. Over all, I'm not sorry I bought it, but if I wasn't planning to buy a sectional, I would have to figure out a better spot for this than beside the sofa. This would be good for a room that has no overhead light. It's not good for a cozy book nook. Not remotely. It's got a lot of bang for the buck if you've got a space for it. A very large space that needs a lot of light.

The item is beautiful and easy to assemble, but pay close attention to the parts because some are already attached to the light stands. Even though It took me few minutes to figure it all ouut, I find every parts I needed, and just used common sense to connect it tho there's a instructions sheets, but it was easy to assemble once I found all the parts to it. I think it all worth it and I love the outcome of it. The item came in well wrapped up in a box and I'm satisfied with the money it cost. I think it worth the price. Bonus: my daughter loves it too🤩❤️

I just wanted to give a kudos to customer service. Package arrived in a decent time. It was very hard to get out without destroying the box but once everything was out..assembly would have been simple. My issue was that during transit some of the crystals came off and the “links” were missing. I had to put it all back together by hand with some links I had from a previous project which took quite some. My links were gold so it doesn’t match, however the lamp is very tall and I did my best to disguise them. It just would’ve been too much of a hassle to return. I was also missing the three lightbulbs which should have been included. I contacted customer service to get the same colored links and bulbs sent. Instead I received a partial refund. I am very pleased and will purchase what I need. This is a very beautiful, sturdy lamp. Also, the black base is ugly lol but it’s heavy and does it’s job. Just hide it behind your furniture if you don’t like it

This item is as advertised. Some of the reviews I read were concerned about packaging, and although that was true, there is very little inside the package that could be easily damaged, as the shades are easily repaired when putting it together, due to the simplicity of design. We really like it and recommend it, but also recommend to include some clear LED bulbs to make it look good if purchasing this item.
