My rough&tumble 8 year old played with this for a whole month before Halloween without breaking it! The perfect addition to his Lord Voldemort costume! The light was a great feature for walking outside! He still plays with it now even though Halloween is over yelling “Avadakedavra!” through the house! Edited to add: more than a year later, he still plays with it and it still lights up!

First off. Blue balls. Not chill for a true wizard. I ordered this wand with true hopes of mastering lord Voldemort. Yeah, the light works, but none of the magic does. FALSE ADVERTISING. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. Total let down.
