Will mention each and everything about this product !!! The packaging of the speaker is well done they have covered it in such a way that even if someone drops by mistakenly it won't get damaged. Thumps up well done with packaging. So after unboxing what they include is the charger, aux cable and manual. Now Talking about the speaker i had received a defected piece. Lol!!! The power on/off button doesn't turn up at all even i kept for charging the entire time. So was quite surprised after spending couple of hundred dollars u get a faulty product. I contacted amazon customer care and they were very helpful and quick in getting me the replacement. So after i received the replacement, i was hoping that this one should turn up, and yessss finally it did!! I almost used it for a week and was blown away with the sound quality the speaker offers. Good and punchy bass, what i was looking for, and the best thing u have a nob to control the treble and bass so hats off they have given this choice. It gets loud enough, just 50% vol fills up the entire room. Even loud enough to use it outdoors at the garden or terrace area. It's not that heavy tho to hold and take it anywhere with you, and what makes it attractive is the lights they offer. Talking about the battery i used it normally in 50 to 70% vol and it gave me about 6 to 7 hrs with the lights on. And if you play it in full volume then might be 3 to 4 hrs max assuming.! Would recommend this speaker if you like bass and using it outdoors too..!! Also added the pics with sony xb31 to get an rough idea with measurement!!

I have been buying a lot of Bluetooth speakers over about 10 years... Various sizes and various configurations of speakers..... These include Sony ultimate ears JBL etc... One particular speaker I have thought was outstanding was the aomais go 40 watt Bluetooth with 2 drivers..2 tweeters..and single subwoofer. I still love the speaker it is over a 100 dB and super clean sounding... It blows my other speakers out of the water Even the name brand speakers.... And it was 70 bucks on Amazon... Moving on to the new brookstone.... Keep in mind this thing is much much larger than what I've had before... But when I 1st cranked it up at 50% volume my floor was shaking..... The quality is impeccable the thing is actually beautiful to look at..... I paid $100 for this speaker on prime deal.... Easily worth 2 to 3 or more times more..... Bottom line buy this and rock your house out you won't be disappointed!...update on 4/18/23...Battery will now not charge, need the unit plugged in to play music. This is disappointing as I had only charged it once since it was purchased. The only good thing is the charging cable is quite long so finding an outlet in the house is no big deal.

I'd like to know what kind of cheapest of the cheapest batteries they use for these speakers. Who's the manufacturer. Speaker sounded great and had good functionality, but the battery just petered out after a few months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT

Great speaker for the price (I dont think any other speakers out there comes close). The clarity on these are excellent and very clear. The bass is okay nothing that will make you go numb and to the people saying this is better than jbl etc etc. but which one? I still would pick my extreme 3 for portability going out and about. My 110 surpassed these with eased but for the price these are must essentials in any room and im thinking of getting another pair for stereo.

I use to own the one before this model called Big Blue which was superb, but due to lithium battery that caused fires, it was discontinued and we were told to get rid of device from our homes. I had it for 8 years with no problem. So I had to find another Brookstone product to replace it. I took a chance on this one. It has a good sound and it connected to my old ipod surprisingly. It stayed charged for a good while unused. It has very good volume for backyard music and is pretty powerful. My Bi Blue had a more crisp, powerful sound, but this is just as good for as substitute. It is pricey though. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm satisfied with it for now. It's easy to carry and not too heavy. It will charge your cell phone when placed on it. Comes with charger plug. A voice on it let's you know when it is connected and when it is disconnected.

Sound is subjective. That's said, I've owned the top Bluetooth speakers out, Sony 500, UE $499, Tribit stormbox, Soundcore motion boom plus, motion boom, monster blaster (120 watt) , JBL charge 3, Bose, And for the buck!! this brookstone has a better built than those brands. The bass is good, it taps out with heavy bass songs not too serious though. Clear, recommend treble to be at two- thirds of the way. Bass all they way up. The mids and highs are well balanced. Better than UE, Sony. Very similar to a Bose signature sound. The only way to REALLY notice how good this speaker sounds is turn on Spotify and go to Audiophile section! every recording is different. The best recordings are there. The vocals sound really clean and there is separation from the instruments, vocals and bass. Depending on the recording. Down fall is the volume setting. After five clicks I can't play it after ten. It also taps out at 80% volume. Meaning if you turn it after 80% you won't hear it go louder. It's still pretty loud. Now it needs to pass the battery test, crossing fingers 🤞 so far so good! Brookstone got bought out a few years ago. The new ownership is kicking butt!
