Make sure you always clean the tip before every use!
It works good if you clean the tip every time you try it. Make sure you reset it every time your gonna check a new spot on your skin and that you place the device right away on your skin since it also measures the air moisture. It does not come with batteries so make sure u get some.

Great assessment tool
This is a great tool to assess how moisturized my skin is & test out how well my current moisturizers are working. It will be interesting to see now that the seasons are changing if I need to adjust my facial moisturizers & how the cold weather effects my skin moisture levels. Now I can track it accurately with numbers.

Awful manual, confusing display result
The manual is awful, broken sentence, missing words. It is so confusing and unclear. No reference table for oil level. There is no mentioning on two display numbers meaning. The result of two number display alternatively, you'll never know which number is moisture level, which is oil level. No mentioning battery type.

Keep going...this is not a good product
Not impressed with this item because we could not replicate the reading. Each try ,on the same location would yield different readings and not even close.
