I began to suffer from cramps in the night after I switched to ketogenic diet. Magnesium &calcium supplements could not produce improvement but this product has produced very good improvement .On the very first day itself the cramps ceased and I had a good sleep. If this brand wants to put less than half of the powder in a box that size the least they could’ve done is used is a smaller box and hence less plastic. Look at the box just opened. Look at the quantity of powder in it. It is literally less than half. Disgusting.

This is the best electrolyte ever! It's the only one i know which has no sugar - very important yet very hard to find. I have been using this product several months & have continued to reorder. As a "senior citizen" it is very important to keep properly balanced electrolytes. many people take them only in hot weather season when sweating a lot. But for us seniors, this is a great year round boost. It also tastes great & mixes easily. Can't say enough how pleased i am with this product!!

The media could not be loaded. I am using this product for almost 20 days.. I used to suffer from muscle cramps a lot, but now it's reduced may be because of this product or because of my water intake. I am no expert to comment on whether it's working or not. It has no added sugar, no carb but 9 Kcal per serving. It has sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium as given above in the picture. So you can decide. I am giving a 4 star hoping it will help.
