Great little saw
I chose this item because I have dewalt batteries so you have to buy dewalt. I would rather have the 7 inch blade but being right handed I chose the 6 1/2 because the blade is on the left side of the saw where it is easier to see the blade where as the 7 inch is on the right side of the motor. I like to be able to see the blade directly rather than trying to see the blade by looking over my right arm. Over all the saw is quite powerful and makes quick work of any sawing job I have.

DCS565B circular saw
Saw performed great, cuts very efficiently and low power consumption on battery. You can easily handle the saw with one hand and the led light works good as well. Awesome purchase for $130

Great tool
I put off getting a new saw for too long. This was a great addition to my tool set. I use it all the time and it is worked perfectly.

Wont work on a 2 ah battery
I always spend more for Dewalt because I've never had any issues with their products. When I got this saw I tried it out with a couple of 2 ah batteries and it would not make a cut without stopping. The LED light would start flashing and I did not know what that meant. The instruction book is really all warnings of what not to do and didn't list a recommended battery size or what the flashing LED meant. I ordered a couple of 4 ah batteries, and they seem to work. I later saw some YouTubes about the saw where the comments stated that 5, 6, or 8 and 9 ah batteries are much better. Had I known that, I would have ordered the bigger batteries with the saw. We will see how it does when I actually use it.Update: it works just fine on 4 ah batteries but have at least 2 so one can always be charging. 5 ah or 6 ah would probably be much better.
