Gaiam Classic Balance Ball Chair Leg Extenders (Only Compatible with Classic Chair & Classic Backless Chair)

These have made my yoga ball chair usable. The marketing information says these will help short people use the yoga ball chair, but in my experience they are necessary to use it at all, and I'm 5'7" (not short). I bought the yoga ball chair and waited too long to try it out. By the time I found out it was too low to use with my desk, it was past the time I could return it. I was going to sell it or give it away or see if a larger yoga ball might solve the problem. When I was shopping for the larger ball, I came across these leg extenders so I bought them. Now the ball puts me at just the right height to work at my desk. My back feels much better from using this for working at my desk, but I have noticed that the nerves in my butt tend to get tingly when I've been sitting for a while (like the "going to sleep" feeling you get in your arm when you fall asleep on it), and this never happened when I was using my piano bench to work at my desk. It's not a big deal, and it can actually remind me to get up and walk around, but it's a little weird. Anyway, I'm just glad I'm able to use the yoga ball chair at all with these extenders.

I purchased a chair ball and was recommended by previous customers to get these for a specific ball/chair. Glad I did as it works perfect for my height. 5'7", the addition works great!!

These made all the difference! They brought the chair up to a really comfortable height for my long legs! I am so glad I got them! And they're so affordable!

I wish the chair would just charge a few bucks more, and come with these. FYI: You cannot use the Gaiam ball Chair without these if you plan to use it at a desk or even table for work!!!!!!!!! I am an average height of 5'5" and sit at a regular desk and table for work in office and at home - and was forced to spend the money for both sets for both chairs just to have them be suitable for the use the chairs are intended for. They serve the purpose, but for an additional $15, it seems to be just a money maker for the company. I had no choice but to buy them for my chair at work, and for my chair at home now... so spending $30 JUST to make the chair workable for the purpose it was meant for bothers me. They are easy to install, and work properly (expect on both sets, the BRAKES seem to enact on their own ALL the time, and it makes me crazy to hear the brake noise and not be able to move). So it seems, the lever for the brakes is not secure and moves easily on its own. So be cautious of that if you have to roll around or slide back and forth at your desk.

The furniture in the apartment is suited for taller folks, such as my wife and I. We recommend these caster extenders!

Using these to fix my office chair which is going down a little every time I sit and preventing perfect ergonomics while using my work laptop I installed it in 2 minutes and these are sturdy with no wobble at all. Happy with the end results

Purchased the Gaiam kids balance chair, but it was too short for my son to comfortably use at his desk. All the reviews say this is not compatible with the kids balance chair, but it was a perfect fit. Even the Gaiam website I saw a question someone asked if these would work and the answer was no. Decided to get these anyways as it was only about $11 and figured if it didn't work I could modify these adapters or the chair to make it work. Upon receiving the leg extenders I was pleasantly surprised to see that these were a perfect fit and I had all four on in less than 5 minutes. So I have no clue why all the reviews say it's not compatible. There are some other brands that look very similar, but were actually more expensive than these and since we bought a Gaiam chair, figured I'd stick with the Gaim extenders in hopes they'd fit...and they did!!

For a lack of anything better for my office chair I tried these and they worked at first, eventually a short while after their own piece that connects them to the bottom of the chair punctured through on all five pieces, I had to buy two orders to have enough for my chair. Again these were the only option I could find on amazon. Despite not being for office chairs I dont see a reason this should happen.

Fit easily. Haven’t had them long to know if they will break or not.

It's rare to find extenders for my balance ball chair, I'm glad that I've found it on Amazon with reasonable price, it works well.

Definitivamente es necesario comprar estos aumentos para la silla, funcionan perfecto y súper fáciles de ensamblar sin mayor problema. Mi único tema es que no entiendo porqué vender estos como complemento adicional si la verdad es que la silla debió de haber sido siempre de cuando menos esá altura ya con los aumentos, ya que de lo contarario sería más como altura de silla infantil y no le veo sentido pagar por algo que debió ser parte del diseño original de la silla y solo si se quisiera algo más alto por temas de restiradores o mesas alto de diseño pero fuera de eso la silla es de altura impráctica sin los aumentos. Fuera de todo lo anterior la silla increíble y los aumentos se integran sin mayor problema.

Je l'ai acheté en complément de ma chaise-ballon pour mon travail au bureau. J'ai réglé mon problème de douleur au dos et grandement amélioré mon confort au niveau de la circulation sanguine dans les cuisses. La hauteur en position assise avec ces rallonges est idéale pour moi.
