I want to coat my teeth with xylitol before going to bed and this does the trick, but I have since found a less expensive alternative. Tastes good and doesn't get too firm in chewing.

Tastes great, flavor could last a little longer but overall a good choice for sugar free gum with out artificial sweeteners. Kind of expensive for gum.

Taste a bit dry but it's keto so I guest that what it's suppose to taste like.

The flavor of these is decent, lasts 5-10 minutes until it starts to fade. Texture is good and stays chewy. If each piece is 1.3 grams as stated on the label and contains ~1g of xylitol these would have approx. 2.4 calories each and 1 carb. This seems to be no different than other gum of similar size and sweeteners.

Very happy with this gum. I’ve been keto for a couple years and have tried all the “keto-friendly” gums and eww on taste and poor “chew quality”. The flavor on this gum is very good, no it doesn’t last like sugar free Hubba Bubba - because there’s no crap in it, it shouldn’t! There’s still flavor after the first flavor burns off and the chew factor is great. Thumbs way up!
