It's gentle and works really well
I used this product for the first time on two synthetic wigs I have that are my favorites. The product is not too thick - nor too thin. It has a pleasant smell. It did the job and cleaned the wig fibers and rinsed out easily. I followed that up with a wig conditioner, rinsed well, shook and hung up to dry. It now looks and feels like new. I couldn't ask for more. Very satisfied.

Wig was feeling dry & straw-like. After using Demert wig shampoo, wig is so soft, feels brand new again. Highly recommend. Easy to do, no issues. Wash, rinse, allow to air dry.
